"My three princes, dinner" Amal called her three boys for lunch as her only daughter was with her in the kitchen, she is the auta (last child).

"Ammi, can I go eat now" Husna begged her mom, and she nodded telling her to go join her brothers.

"Mom, you have to stop suffering Ni'ma, she's still small fa" Samar said while she pouted, "if 15 is small then I'll agree, but she's a girl, if she doesn't learn now no guy will tolerate a lazy wife" Amal exclaims and Meer frowns

"Any guy who can't handle her flaws should go packing,"  he says and his mom raises a brow, "unless you are the one to marry her, I don't think that will be possible," she says and without waiting for a reply, leaves to her husband's room.

"Ya Alameen, mom wants me to die before my time" Husna sighs dramatically and Sameer shushes her, "don't start your shagwaba ( suck up) now, she won't kill you as long as I'm alive," Sameer says

Their father comes round with their mom, "my three sons are being overprotective as usual" he calls and they mumble a quick greeting, "my auta, how are you" he asks and she smiles, "my Baaba, I am OK, how are you" she asks in return, "I'm fine autan Baaba...food?" He says and she giggles but nods away, Amal sets the table and serves everyone.

They chat and eat peacefully

Well, that is until...

"Ya Abduljaj" Jiddah addressing all of the boys called while running into the house, "no fair, I'm the only allowed to call them that," Ni'ma complained

"Ke, iyar fitina (you troublesome girl), shut up, she's a year younger than you, so you can't do your shagwaba" Amal scolded and she pouts.

Jiddah is their younger cousin, her mom, and two siblings walk in after her. She bounces to the triplets. "Mommy says we're staying here for the holiday" she squealed.

Sameer's POV

Her mother sighed, "this child, is fourteen years old, and she still acts like a child" her mother complained gruffly "but mother, I'm no child, I'm a teenager" Jiddah said and we laughed, her mom went to her "don't sass me child. You say you're a teen, pftt. your actions tell a different" she says and Jiddah gulps.

"Sorry mommy"

"Hmm," she tears her gaze away from the child and proceeds to explain further. "Their dad said I needed rest, he's out of town so he can't help me, Mus'ab is a hand full, and as you can see I'm grumpy and I look terrible, sorry I'm giving you all of them," she says and we nodded, "Hadiza, there is no trouble" mom said and we nodded yet again.

She smiled and left

Jiddah 14
Mufeedah 10
Affan 6

We hugged and gave them their rooms. My phone rings and I take it out of my pocket. Unknown

I put it to my ear, "hello" I hear a screech "what tha"

"It's Meela" ohh I see it now, it's my lunatic cousin Jameelah, I slap my hand down my face and groan.

"you lunatic, you wanna remove my ears huh, Shirmammiya (rubbish girl), see you, ba tausayi (no pity) " I scolded and she started grumbling "Yaya, when will you stop calling me a lunatic," she asks and I can basically see the pout on her face.

"When you act your age, your 17 acting like a twelve-year-old" I exclaim and she sighs, for a brief second I believe she was actually hurt by my words but then she spoke again. "I'm staying with you guys for two months," she said mockingly and my jaw drops

"That's why I called, byee" she screeched yet again and I groan. I cut the call and sigh

"Mother!, can you tell me why our lunatic of a cousin is coming here!" I yell as I stomp into her room, "she's no lunatic, and she's coming here to get admission, she's only staying for two months then she'll go home and come back cause she's doing her university in this state, a dorm is too expensive so I suggested she'll just stay here. So we'll be stuck with her for complete semesters for four years, that is more than half a year each, so get used to it" she explains without sparing me much of a glance and I sigh.

Doorbell.

"Mufeey!, my chubby darling!" I hear the screech I hate so much. "Ohh, and Abduljalil, get her admission, that's on you" mom informs and I groan for the umpteenth time before I run to the room.

"Hola chikita, mi amor" urgh Husnah!. "Jammy!" Then there's a crash, only Jiddah does that. "Big bro?" I hear a questioning call, Khaleesat?, She's Jameelah's younger sis and the best individual on the planet which is a complete contrast to her sister.

I open the door to confirm my thoughts and pull her in then shut the door when I'm sure it's her, "Leesa" I hug her tight, she's my favorite cousin, even thi she's 15.

"What are you..."

"I'm gonna continue with Husnah in school, my mom said girls are enough for her, wai in bi Meela mu zo (that I should follow meela and come), Aunt should continue till after my college, so congrats I'm here to stay, they come to pick her at the end of a semester but I'm here so I just see them, they come to drop her off I'll see them as well, honestly, I'm good" I was about to ask but she answered and on point.

Six girls, come on the woman tries, not even a single boy fa.

"You know what Mami said? (I shake my head), that when Meela reaches level three she'll send Meenat, then she'll ask for Mahmoud and Mubarak to stay with her" she explains and I gasp.

She nods and we high-five, "but that is about three years ahead, so thanks for the heads up," I say and she smiles.

I send her out and lean on the door doing some gulma (eavesdropping). "Mother!, Ya salam, why this, it looks like all the granddaughters of Malam Adam are moving to our house" Meer yelled and I hear running and it was coming towards my room "Ayshaa!" Oh my, ya ilahi I'm dead in this house with the screams. She's Jameelah's mate, another cousin.

"Lil ya!" That's what she calls me, "door" I sigh and open it, I look at the females in front of me, "ya salaam" I mumbled and they all giggle. "Look, unless you girls want me to run away in the night you will only come to me when it is important" they all nod and leave, Ayshaa staying behind, "I didn't see Bar ya or Meer ya," she says and I smile "your Bar ya is out, Meer ya is with dad I presume," I say and she walks away.

Alone at last.
