Thomas shifted, letting out a small breath at the two figures in front of him
"I have to go home, guys.. I promise, I'll come visit, okay?" He said, giving a smile to them and playing with the hem of his red shirt.
"But we've been working so hard! I disabled my armies for you- I talk to lower life forms- I-" Remy started, before Thomas cut him off
"Equal life forms." He said, giving the other a stern look
Emile gave a small smile "Be safe, kiddo, okay? Never be afraid to come visit us." He said, nodding slightly, the tall diamond picking Thomas up and gently setting him on the warp pad.
"Thanks, Emile." Thomas smiled, nodding slightly at the diamond, before warping to his own home; Beach City, Earth.
Thomas had always thought he would be in his father, Virgil's shadow. But now? He had grown and changed- He was something entirely new. Half human, and Half Gem. It had been many battles and hardships, but finally, finally the gems were united once more. He wouldn't have to fight to stay alive anymore. No more problems to fight because Virgil had messed something up.
Or so he thought.
