"its your favorite person!"
y/n cooed this as she held out the white box of pizza, bouncing on the balls of her feet excitedly. the door swung open to reveal a head of red and white, a piercing gaze of blue and brown. she grinned, "hi."
"oh. i suppose you are my favorite person." todoroki raised his brows a bit.
"wait, really?!"
"you are holding the pizza..."
"ouch."
todoroki looked over his shoulder, "midoriya, the money?" he called out. there was a shout with a bit of fumbling as midoriya ran upstairs for the money he forgot to pull out.
"so," y/n started with a grin, "you from around here?"
"l/n, you know where i live." the boy deadpanned.
"you come here often?" y/n wiggled her eyebrows.
todoroki sighed, pressing his fingers to his forehead, "are all the pieces in there?" he asked.
y/n shrugged carelessly, "im not sure if i ate from this pizza or someone else's...?"
"and you've had this job for a full week?" todoroki thought about it to himself, shaking his head. "i would've fired you a while ago.."
"mean!" y/n exclaimed jokingly.
he shrugged, "i thought honesty was the best policy?" todoroki hummed, placing his fingers on his chin gently, in thought. "does it count as being mean?"
y/n shrugged herself, "who knows, dude?"
todoroki frowned, "wouldn't you?"
y/n grinned just as there was more fumbling and the sound of someone rushing down the stairs.
"goooot it!" midoriya shouted, pushing todoroki to the side and handing $30 to y/n who gaped at the money, exchanging it for the white decorated box of pizza.
"dudes, this is a big tip.." she said, pressing the cash against the side of her face.
"todoroki wanted to pay that amount," midoriya shrugged, walking back into the house, "thanks l/n!"
y/n looked over at todoroki who lifted his shoulders a bit, "yeah, i do charity every once in a while."
y/n gasped, pushing his shoulder playfully, "bully!"
"right." todoroki shrugged one last time and softly kicked the door shut.
y/n chuckled evilly, making a run back to the car, midoriya's door swung open right as she shut hers. turns out she did eat from their pizza box.
all she saw was pout on midoriya's face and the look of disapproval from todoroki when she drove off.
