Kyle couldn't take his eyes off Allen. He wasn't worried about him or anything, no, not at all, it wasn't that. He just couldn't stop starring at Allen, and he really didn't know why. The 18 year old just seemed more attractive, and he was getting Kyle's attention more than ever now.
He had fallen for Allen before this, when he first laid eyes on the servant a few months ago, but he covered his feelings up by pretending to love Riliane, but even then, his feelings for Allen never faded.
Kyle walked through the hallway, just exploring the castle since he would be living there from now on, and he had to know his way around. While he was lost in thought, he accidentally bumped into someone, sending them both to the ground. Kyle was the first to stand and quickly apologize. “I'm sorry, are you okay?” He looked down at who he had bumped into and offered a hand to them. The person, dressed in yellow servant attire, took his hand. “I'm fine, thank you, and I'm sorry as well,” the person said, “I should've been paying attention to where I was going.”
Kyle looked closer at the person, and noticed it was a male servant who looked very similar to Riliane, but his hair was in a straight ponytail tied with a black ribbon. His hair looked soft as well. Kyle looked at the boy's eyes. He had beautiful blue eyes. The most beautiful eyes Kyle had ever seen. And those lips looked so soft. Kyle snapped out of it and let the boy's hand go. “I-I am Kyle, and you are?” Kyle asked, heat rising to his cheeks as he watched the boy smile. “Allen Avadonia, or formally known as Alexiel Lucifen d'Autriche.”
Kyle's eyes widened. “Are you that twin Riliane keeps talking about?” Allen nodded. “Yes, I am. And are you that fiancee Riliane just won't shut up about?” Kyle nodded, “Yes I am.”
The two continued to talk, and they got a long well, but eventually they had to go their separate ways. “I'll probably see you around, Allen?” Allen nodded at the prince and smiled, “Fair warning, I'm every where, so you probably won't have to look far if you ever need me.” he joked. Kyle laughed and nodded, “got it, bye Allen.” “Bye.”
To Kyle, that day was magical. It was the day he met his soon to be soulmate, but he knew it was impossible, because he and Riliane would be married soon, and he wasn't one to call that sort of thing off, so he ignored his feelings.
And now, this happened.
Kyle was walking down the path towards the lake. Riliane had sent him to find Allen, since the servant had never been late before, which worried both of them, but Kyle wasn't that worried, because he knew Allen had probably just lost track of time. He wasn't worried. He wasn't worried one bit. He wasn't worried, until he heard that familiar voice cry out in fear followed by a splash and thrashing around. Kyle prayed that it wasn't who he thought it was as he ran towards the lake just in time to see the blonde go under. His eyes widened. “Allen!” he exclaimed in worry, immediately diving into the water, not even bothering to take anything off. Allen was more important. He swam to the half unconscious boy, and wrapped his arms around him and quickly swam up towards the surface.
Once he got to the surface, Kyle sat on the ground, holding the boy. “Allen, come on, wake up, please..” he thought as he held the boy close to him, petting Allen's damp hair. Eventually, Allen did wake up, and Kyle was relieved to see those beautiful blue eyes open, and after Allen confirmed he was okay, Kyle let him go.
Kyle knew he couldn't keep these feelings hidden for much longer. He was going to have to tell Allen soon. He just needed to wait for the right time to come, and then, Allen would hopefully be his.
