Link's p.o.v.

Once I got back from training we headed back into town. Was I upset that Chris would not stay here, yes. She's my friend and the thought of what she was going back to made my stomach churn. So we soon found the place where we last saw Illia before we restored light to this part of Hyrule. And for the Record Chris did most of the work, I just followed her instructions.

Chris opened the door of the shop for me when we arrived. I went in as the doctor was heading out. Illia turned to met  my eyes, but it was like she didn't recognize me. Chris put a hand on my shoulder in comfort. I gave her a weak smile. Then Illia and the shopwoman made plans to go to Kakariko Village. Once hearing that the guards left. "We'll escort you guys" Chris said to the two of them

"Thank you. My such a lovely couple you two make" She said

I blushed. "We're just friends miss" Chris told her

"No you two will find out eventually" She smiled,"By the way your friend knows her doesn't he?"

"Yes I do" I answered hoping to get some answers

"Poor dear doesn't even remember her own name" She said

I froze Illia doesn't remember anything. "Link what exactly happened before we met up?" Chris asked

I told her about what happened to Illia before we'd met. "Of course she has amnesia anyone who went through that would be in the same position." Chris said

She then walked over to the Zora boy and held her hand out. "I can't truly save this boy, but I can help him temporarily." Chris said as a glow emminated from her hand

The boy's breathing eased up a bit. We soon where on the road. Chris dealt with the guy on the bridge heading out by what she calls sniping him down. We arrived a little while later at Kakariko village the Zoran boy was taken into the back to be looked at. While we waited I filled Colin in on what had happened to Illia. He was shocked yes, but Chris said that something like this would be a shock to anyone. "Hey that shopkeeper seems to think you two are together" Beth said

"We aren't. She's imagining things. "Chris told Beth

"Though i wish she wasn't" I mumbled

"hmm" Chris hummed

"Nothing ignore me" I told Chris

I'd developed feelings for Chris since we first started out they where mutual at first, but Chris earned my trust many times over in that time. We where soon told that the boy made it through the worst of it, but he didn't know of his mothers fate and I didn't have the heart to tell him. "Let me break the news to him" Chris told the Shaman

He noddedand let her past. After waiting a bit, I heard the sound of crying coming from the room where the boy was. Wow she broke it to him slowly. Several minutes later Chris came back down the stairs once the crying had stopped for a while. "He's resting. Telling him his mother was executed was not easy. He cried himself to sleep, I gave what comfort I could to him, but I wouldn't hassle the boy to much" Chris told us

With that we left following the ghost of the late Zora queen. We retrived a suit for Zoran terittory, Chris doesn't need it but I on the other hand do. We where soon swimming at the bottom of lake Hylia looking for the temple.

Chris's p.o.v.

After teaching Link how to use the armor we started searching for the temple. If this was home I'd call on some hippocampi but we aren't in my home world. The monsters inside the temple where tame compared to some of the monsters back in the Mountain temple.  In short they where small fry. That is till we got to the giant eel. Link was struggling a bit since he didn't have command over water like I did. I lent him a hand though to make up the difference.
