MY BONES HURT.

GUYS.

GUYS MY BONES.

(Y/N) POV

Waking up in a cold sweat is never fun...But that's not my concern. Midnight's Kneeling down next to the couch, she shook me awake...but that's not my concern. My head is pounding, my vision is blurry, and my breathing is shaky...all of me is shaking like a leaf in a storm...but that's not my concern. My concern is my arms.

As my vision cleared, it tunneled onto my arms. Large Blotches of red covered my bandages roughly on my oldest scars, the ones I got during my fight with Daughtry.

Midnight is asking questions, but all I can hear is my heartbeat. Ignoring her, I put on my shoes, jump out of the window, and leave again. I...I just wanna be alone right now. I feel...cold.

It's cold. That's to be expected, seeing as I'm on a windy Rooftop without my jacket or beanie. Only reason I'm even wearing a shirt and jeans is because I forgot to change before going to sleep. Scrolling through my phone, I try to take my mind off my nightmare. Seems my phone isn't the one who'll be doing that, as I see a huge flash of light coming from a few blocks away. I may be sad...

But that's not gonna stop me from doing my job.

Leaping off the rooftop, I land in a vent in a lower building and use it to boost myself across the sky, landing on the side of a building. Grabbing hold of a windowsill, I climbed over the building and looked down into the alley below. Large spirals of blue and pink line the alley, and something seems to be drawn on the wall. Jumping down to see what happened, I see...

...that.

Taking out my phone, I walk closer to get a better look, and take some photos of what happened here. What I'm pretty sure is a drug dealer is hung up on the wall in the middle of the photo, dead. Taking a photo of his face, I then call the cops and give them my location. I'm not surprised they recognize my voice.

Climbing back up the building, I leave the scene and contact...an old friend.

???: "Hello?"

(Y/N): "Hey. It's Rowe."

???: "(Y/N)?! The hell, I thought you were in prison! I told you before, I'm not-"

(Y/N): "This isn't about my bail, Reggie. I need you to run a face through the police database, see what you've got on this guy."

Reggie: "And why should I work with you? You nearly got me killed last time I helped you with your 'job'."

(Y/N): "Because if you do..."
