Jay woke up to see Hosuh still wrapped around his waist. Seeing an opportunity, the poofy hair man slowly removed Hosuh from and left the bed. He snuck out the room, only making the floor creak once. He arrived in the kitchen and began to search for ingredients. Today was a special day. He thought for a moment. 'What should I cook for breakfast? Maybe I will cook spicy scrambled eggs... With toast and orange juice? No. That's too cliché.' Jay's eyes widened. 'I know what I'll cook.', he thought as he started pulling out ingredients. He put his headphones in and started to make the batter, while listening to the chaos of the fans on Team Jay. While making the special breakfast, he unmuted occasionally and replied to them. He pours the fruit smelling batter into the iron. As he waited on the iron, he made some apple juice and began chopping fruits. Jay assembled the fruits for a battle in the bowl. He opened the oven and took out the cooked batter and set it on a plate. Setting everything on the table, he thought of a way, this could be more romantic. He plucked petals from Hosuh's pot of flowers. 'Sorry Hosuh. It's for something important.' He thought. Jay spread the petals around the table and to the bedroom. Jay smiled and hid in the kitchen closet. 20 Minutes later, Hosuh had happily woke up. His smile turned to a frown. Jay was nowhere to be found.

"Jay?" Hosuh asked tiredly. The bad feeling soon dispersed when he saw the flower petals. Hosush smiled. 'What are you planning, Jay?' He thought as he got up and began to follow the petals. Hosuh arrived at the table. He gasped as he saw the nicely decorative table. It had petals in the of hearts with raspberry and blueberry waffles, spicy scrambled eggs, toast in the shape of a heart with strawberry jam on top, 2 chopped up breakfast sausages, and Strawberry Boba tea. Hosuh smiled and picked up a piece of sausage and ate. 'It tastes really good!', he thought. Before Hosuh can continue eating this romantic breakfast, Jay popped out the closet.

"Surprise! Happy birthaversary, Hosuh!" Jay yelled, hugging from behind. Hosuh gasped and gagged as he choked a bit of a piece of scrambled eggs. Jay jumped back.

"H-Hosuh are you alright?" Hosuh nodded as he kept coughing. He swiftly took a few sips from the tea, finally stopping his frantic cough for now.

"Yeah, yeah. I'm fine, but did you say birthaversary?" Jay nodded.

"Why?" Jay looked at his clueless boyfriend. He then started to laugh.

"For one it's your birthday today."

"Oh what!?" Hosuh looked over to a convenient calendar and say that today was his birthday.

"Oh shoot, how did I forget that?" Hosuh covers his face, trying to hide his embarrassment. Jay removed his hands and kissed his forehead.

"Don't feel bad. You've been really busy with the videos and school."

"Yeah. I just felt bad that we were overworking them, so I offered to do the work for a few months." Jay put his head on top of his, petting him as well.

"I know. Hey. Let's not think of bad. It's your birthday and something else that's special." Hosuh looked up at the blonde man, his grey hair hiding parts of his face.

"What else is there?" Hosuh asked as if he was a puppy. Jay face flushed up. He never seen Hosuh look this cute. He quickly stole a kiss.

"You'll figure out what else is today." Jay said with a smile. Jay then sat Hosuh down.

"Now eat your breakfast, while I'll get everything else settled out." Before Hosuh could object and help, Jay swiftly ran into the bedroom. Hosuh resumed eating, while trying to figure out what was also today. His birthday and what? He jumped up from the table, almost dropping the breakfast.

"OUR ANNIVERSARY!" How could he forget! 1-year anniversary is no joke and he, flipping forgot. Hosuh sat back down and groaned.

"What should I do? He probably figured out what to do today... I didn't even get him a gi- that's it! I'll get him a gift while we're out." His speaking lowered to a mumble. Jay came out of the room in a slightly pale green jacket with a pink slime looking heart that said im with softy and an arrow pointing to the right of him.

"I got a matching shirt for you. Go wash and put it on." Jay pointed to the room and then walked over to clean the kitchen. Hosuh hugged him and quickly scurried off to the room. Jay while cleaning kept going over the plan for today. Nothing could go wrong.
