Chapter 5

 I woke up in the morning with the blankets covering me. The sun was shining through the window. I was still naked from the night before, so I quickly put my clothes on. I made my way downstairs to see Ban cooking breakfast. Hawk was eating all the scraps he could. Meliodas and Elizabeth sat together, laughing at each other's jokes. "Well, look who woke the sun," Ban announced.

I smiled at his response to seeing me. Elizabeth ran up and hugged me. Meliodas gave a cheer. "Hey Y/N!" King was floating above the table.

I gave a chuckle. I sat down at a table next to them, starting up a conversation. Ban placed a huge plate of food in front of me. I tilted my head, worried. "Don't worry," he said. "I know how to cook."

I took a bite and was sent into a spiral of deliciousness. "Well," Meliodas snickered. "Not bad, huh?"

When I went back up to my room and opened the door, there was a note on the floor. Before I could read it, Ban was sneaking up behind me. "Hey, love," he whispered. "Wanna relax for a bit?"

I gasped, and felt his arms wrap about me. I held his hands and sighed. "I actually want to go for a walk. The woods here look beautiful. Maybe I'll travel to the town."

"Oh? Can I come with?" Ban tightened his grip. "There might be danger."

"There's no danger with you guys around," I pointed out. "Meliodas would be on top of it if it was a problem."

He loosened his grip and walked in front of me. "Can I come with you," he whined. "Pretty please?"

I didn't want him to come. I wanted to explore. I didn't want to bother anyone with my adventures. If they left without me, that'd be okay, I guess. It was fun while it lasted.

However, I changed my mind. I wanted Ban to come with me. I wanted him to see what I could find. How I studied the world. How I interacted with people. I completely trusted him, and I wanted him to experience the world as I did. "All right," I said. "You can come with."

Ban jumped up. "Great! Let's go!"

I pushed him back down. "Let me change," I said, smirking a bit. I

slowly undressed myself in front of Ban. I could hear him sigh lustfully. "Not so fast," I whispered. "Maybe later tonight." I quickly slipped my shirt and pants on and slid into my boots. I gave him a thumbs up and we were on our way.
