Prince Lee Sun is born with his face hiding behind a mask, claiming that he has a rare illness. Whoever sees the Prince's face is to be executed.
The Prince is immune to poison and after the late King was murdered, Prince Lee Sun heads into town with a disguise by showing his face to the commoners.
He then meets Han Ga Eun and Lee Sun, a commoner who has the same name as him. When Ga Eun's father was killed, she resented the Prince.
