Author's Note: This is going to be a couple parts so this first one is going to be pretty short but that's just because of dividing the storyline issues.
Day 21
Dear Diary,
I caught him looking at me again today. As soon as we made eye contact though, he blushed and looked away. Ugh... boys are so complicated...What does it mean?! I tried to talk to him after class but the English teacher called him up to his desk to talk about something, and there was no way that I was going to be late to lunch...especially for some stupid boy. I grabbed my stuff and headed out to the hallway to meet Piper. The rest of the day went by pretty quickly. Nothing really new. He just moved into my Greek/Latin Mythology class from another period, but that's really it. I got home and Mom and Dad were fighting which was weird to see. They never fight. It scared me. I am going to go to bed early tonight so that's why this entry is so short.
Goodnight future Annabeth,
I hope I didn't mess up your life too bad.
Day 22
Dear Diary,
I have archery practice today after school so I am writing this entry in the morning before school starts. Not much else to say other than the fact that I discovered that I like orange juice this morning.
Yeet,
Annabeth.
I closed my journal and hid it back in its normal hiding place, under my mattress.
"Annabeth, you'll be late!" Mom called.
"Coming!" I called back.
Just another day in hell
