Do you hear what I hear

Thoughts raced threw her head as Lizzy was getting home from school. She knew she had homework, but didnt care much. It was almost Christmas and she wanted to draw a picture for the love of her life, Alex. Well, if he had felt the same way. She bursted in the door and went to her room. "What should I draw him?" The question rang in her head as she searched for an answer. "That's it! I'll draw Batman." Batman was Alex's favorite superhero. She googled the caped crusader and drew him quickly. She ate and went to sleep happy, knowing he would love it. "I'll find a mistletoe and we'll kiss under it", she thought as she drifted into her slumber. The next day she woke happily as it was Christmas Eve. She played her Christmas playlist on the way to school. She wandered to find her dream and waltzed to him once she found him. "Hey there Lizzy", Alex said. "I drew you something", a playful Lizzy commented. "Batman in a Christmas hat, I love it !" " I have to tell you something". "What?" Lizzy took a deep breath then spoke. "I have feelings for you", she belted. "I'm sorry, but I don't feel the same way", Alex awkwardly told Lizzy. Her heart of glass shattered.  She ran as fast as a cheetah, tears flowing from her eyes. She avoided people for the rest of the day. As the school day ended Lizzy got in the car with her mom. "What's wrong Lizzy?" "Nothing." Her mom stared at her empatheticly. "You usually love Christmas."
"Fuck Christmas!" A sting of pain ran across Lizzys face as she realized that her mother smacked her. "Watch your mouth", her mother reprimanded. "You shouldn't of said that Lizzy". "Did you here that"? Lizzy was sure she heard something. "No, I didn't", her mom said. Lizzy got home and ignored everyone and went to her room. Around 11:00 when everyone was asleep Lizzy sat in bed crying, listening to her favorite Christmas song, do you here what I here.
"Lizzy, check the living room." Lizzy almost had a heart attack. "Hello. Who are you," she said. "Check the living room Lizzy. You've been very naughty." She ran downstairs and looked around. "There's nothing, so leave me alone," said Lizzy. She went and got back in bed, knowing she was dreaming. "Pt , pt, pt." " Lizzy he's coming". " whose coming?" No answer. She ran downstairs and looked through the window. A dark figure was there. " No. No , no No!" She ran and locked the door . "Lizzy. Krampus is coming. He comes for all the naughty boys and girls". "Leave me aloonee!" "Pt, pt, pt". The sounds from the roof sent shivers threw her spine. "Go to the roof Lizzy, he's coming down the chimney." "Aaaawwwwwwwee!" Her parents awoke to her screaming. "She ran out into the back yard as her parents followed. She climbed the ladder to the roof and ran as shingles fell. Her parents followed. "Lizzy! What are you doing!" "Jump of the roof, Lizzy. It's the only way to live." She walked towards the edge of the roof. "Lizzy don't do this!" Her mother was screaming crying. "He's coming for me!"
"Who Lizzy?" Lizzys Mother's face was swole with tears. "The voice is telling me to jump." "Lizzy! You forgot to take your meds?" "Lizzy, he's coming!" She seen a paw come out of the chimney. "Jump Lizzy".
Lizzy looked to her mother, who smacked her, and down the roof. Her feet left the shingles as she jumped . She was finally free of Krampus. "Lizzy, you silly fool. Your your own worst enemy. Now krampus has another victim". As Lizzy realized what happened, she hit the ground. "Shhkkk". With that, Lizzy was no more.
