Chapter 10- Date

I waited outside my dorm room for Will to come and get me as he said. He came right on time, exactly at six he was walking towards the door. He looked good though, he wore a white t-shirt and blue jeans with a red flannel wrapped around his waist. Dam, that makes me look like shit.

I wore a dark blue shirt with a leather jacket on top and some black skinny jeans -hey, this was the best thing I packed in my bag- "You ready death boy?" he asked as he approached me.

"Of course, Sunshine," I replied with a smile.

He smiled and handed me a black rose. "Here, I saw it in the greenhouses and thought you might like it."

I looked at it and raised an eyebrow. "Is it poisonous?"

"Um, Professor Sprout said it wasn't," he said rubbing the back of his neck, I could have sworn there was blush on his face. "Smell it, I asked her to add an enchantment of Chocolate and Pomegranates."

"Really?" I asked, I brought the Rose to my nose and I inhaled the scent, he was right, it was a perfect mix of the things I loved. People tried to avoid bringing pomegranates up because it was all I had to eat for almost a week. They saved my life, they are the only reason why I survived for so long. "It smells great! Look smell it!"

He chuckled and I rose the Rose to his nose, he held on to my hand and helped me raise it higher, I mean, I'm short and he's around 6ft something. I blushed as he grabbed my hand. "You're right, it's the perfect mix." he let go of my hand and I dropped my arm to my side. "Are you ready to go? Do you need to do anything before we go?"

I thought for a moment. "No, I'm ready."

He smiled, "May I?" he held out his hand, did he want the rose? No, he wants my hand, um okay. I put my hand in his and he held on to it. Our hands felt like they were made for each other, I blushed and shied my face away. "Now, Professor McGonagall is letting us use an er fireplace as transportation."

"I could just shadow travel us there," I said with a smirk.

"Nope," he said with a smile swinging our hands. "I don't want you to see where we are going just yet."

"Fine," I grumbled. He dragged me to her office. He got this powder and dragged me to stand in the fireplace with him. He plugged my ears so I wouldn't hear him say anything. He threw the powder on the ground, we were engulfed in flames. I froze, something came to mind as that happened. I saw a flash of golden eyes but I didn't know what that meant. It felt important but for the moment everything important right now is Will.

"Where are we going?" I asked again.

"I still can't tell you, Death Boy."

"Come on," I whined. "I want to know."

"Just give me a second," he said. "I know this might be weird but I have to put a blindfold on you. I swear I won't let you fall."

"But-"

"No buts, I'm doing it anyway." He said.

There was no fighting this. "Fine, but if you make me fall I'm sending an army of skeletons after you."

He laughed and he grabbed something out of his pocket and stood behind me. I felt the softness of the blindfold on my face and I saw nothing. "Okay, so can you see anything?" he asked.

"Nope," I said.

"Good," he said, "Now come on," he said. He grabbed my hand and led me away.

"When are we getting there?" I asked.
