UUUGGGHHHHHH!!!! I think whilst laying in bed. I can't stop thinking about Luna! I really should confess to her but I'm worried she'll reject me... or worse, she might even hate me for it.
I decide to take a walk. So I climb out of bed and pull on my cozy sweater that my mom made me, and i walk out of the dorms. As I'm walking by the Ravenclaw dorms I see Luna sitting there reading the newest copy of The Quibbler. "Why are you sitting on the ground in front of your dorms at 4 in the morning Luna?" I asked. "I couldn't remember the password so I was planning on sleeping here tonight." said Luna surprisingly casually.
"would you like to sleep with me tonight its quite cold out here, and I can't have my best friend freeze to death!"
"That would be nice, thank you Ginny."
As we walked back to the Gryffindor common room I couldn't help but notice how beautiful she was in the dim blue light of the night. Then when we returned we got changed and climbed into bed.
~~In the morning~~
I woke up to Luna staring at me in surprise, and I was wondering why, so I simply asked, "Why the look of surprise?" She stuttered at first and then managed to choke up the words, "Y-you l-like m-me?" as she said this I imeddiatly blamed Ron. Why you ask. Because he can never keep his bloody mouth shut! "W-what m-makes you think that...?" I asked choking back tears. "Y-you where talking in your sleep Ginny..."
Shit!
I forgot that I talk in my sleep!
"I....I.... y-yeah I do...." I said expecting rejection. But to my surprise she answered
"I like you too Gins..."
I.Was.Shook.
"R-really?" I asked in disbeleaf
"Y-yeah" she responded
We where both blushing furiously as walked down to potions class.
