About a year has passed since the first splatfest and the splatfest results for Fork vs Spoon are about to be announced.

Pearl: Booyah! I won the splatfest!

Marina:...

Pearl: Hey Rina? You ok?

Marina: THAT WAS THREE LOSSES IN A ROW! I can't believe i lost...

After the results, Pearl and Marina are in the studio.

Pearl: Marina, you were pretty upset when we were announcing the results. What happened?

Marina: Well its just that I've lost three splatfests in a row and you've been winning a lot lately. I've lost Pulp vs. No Pulp, Squid vs. Octopus, and now Fork vs. Spoon!

Pearl: Rina, its ok since its just a splatfest. It won't change our friendship in any way, right? We'll still be Off the Hook to the very end! I know you'll win the next splatfest!

Marina: Thanks Pearlie.

Pearl brings Marina close to her and then she hugs her.

A month later, the Retro vs. Modern results are in. Modern wins.

Marina: I can't believe I won!

Pearl: See Rina? I knew you could do it!
