"You'll regret this, Wang Yibo!" Xiao Zhan yelled at him with a hint of pain from his voice. His voice actually sounded strained and hurt. As the other man heard them, he felt a pang in his chest. Every step that he takes is another ache. Wang Yibo stopped walking for a moment and said, "Zhan, things aren't working out. It's time to stop."
After saying those words, he didn't look back, it was too much for him to handle. He doesn't want to see Xiao Zhan's broken and crying face. He just can't afford to look at it. His chest hurts so bad. He doesn't want this. But they want this.
He didn't intend to stop walking. Wang Yibo needs to get out of here before he turns back and apologize. Before he could ask for forgiveness and tell him that he loves him dearly.
Wang Yibo would like to give him a bone crushing hug before he goes, but he can't do that. He doesn't have the right. Not anymore.
He quickly went inside his car and drove off, leaving Xiao Zhan at the sidewalk. Looking far ahead on the road, he didn't even notice a tear fell from his eye.
