Reason 7: Xiao Zhan loves interacting with young ones.

The break just finished and Wang Yibo went towards the two people, "Fanxing, they need your assistance at the lobby."

The two men turned at him. Wang Yibo saw how Xiao Zhan rolled his eyes but didn't say anything.

"Alright, fa-Mr. Yibo," Zheng Fanxing smiled and excused himself from Xiao Zhan.

The young man went off and it was only him and Wang Yibo standing. The atmosphere felt awkward and surely, Yibo was feeling awkward too. Nobody knows what to say. Wang Yibo thought if he said anything right now, he'll just screw things up a lot more than he did. So he stayed silent as he stood there.

Xiao Zhan just gave him a half-hearted knowing look before taking his bag and went off to another room. He didn't bother to excuse himself politely. And yet again, Wang Yibo didn't say anything.

Wang Yibo clenches his fists slightly as he saw the retreating figure getting smaller at the distance. He heaves a sigh and went back to work with the other crew.

After taking for an hour of fixing, he saw Fanxing going to where Xiao Zhan went. He won't stop Fanxing from interacting with him, there's nothing wrong with that either.

After a while, the two people made their way to the lobby. Yibo just realized that it was already time for lunch break.

The actor noticed how Xiao Zhan gave him a slight glance and quickly looked away. It seems like he was being cautious of him. His heart ached and he can only drink his sorrows with a cup of coffee.

He saw Fanxing and Xiao Zhan discussing and chatting about the designs since Xiao Zhan showed him a blueprint.

Before Yibo could react what he was doing, his legs already took him in front of them.

"Will there be enough space for the dividers?" Wang Yibo, once again interrupted their conversation. "Ah, yes, Mr. Yibo, Zhan-ge has been planning out out nicely!" Fanxing complimented and Xiao Zhan just gave a dry laugh and didn't look at Yibo. Yibo wanted to slap himself. Surely, Xiao Zhan was extremely uncomfortable with his presence.

But he can't back out now since he was already there, they continued to discuss about the possible structure but sadly they didn't get to finish it since it was getting a bit late.

"Goodbye Zhan-ge, see you tomorrow!" Zheng Fanxing said as he gave Xiao Zhan a tight hug. Wang Yibo just stood there watching the two interact with his heart getting soft. Xiao Zhan returned the hug from Fanxing and smiled, "Yeah, goodbye and be safe on your way!" Yibo just gave him a short bow that Xiao Zhan didn't bother to notice. The actor didn't complain as he went inside the car.

Xiao Zhan waved goodbye as Zheng Fanxing went inside Yibo's car. As usual when they got off work, they don't speak nor say goodbyes. Yibo gave Xiao Zhan a side glance before he started the engine. He saw his pained face but the said man quickly turned his back and went on his way.
