Yana's POV
It’s been a week since Tae-Il was discharged and I haven’t heard from him. “Typical rich guy shit” I thought to myself. “You make a girl feel special and then leave her hanging. “At least I have the next three days off to relax and maybe go out.
Leaving work, I drove myself home. Pulling into my complex when I got a call. It was Tae-il. “Hello?” I said sounding irritated. “Hey where are you?” He asked obviously not picking up on my sassy tone. Letting out a long sigh I said, “I’m at home, what do you want?”
“Send me your address I’m coming to take you on a date.” He said still not getting the message. “And you better send it or else I’m gonna call my uncle and get it from him.” I honestly didn’t know what to say so I just said okay and sent it. He replied with see you in 2 hours, and that was the end of it…… for now at least.
I waited two hours thinking about tonight, what would he pick for me to wear? Where would we go to eat? What if he wants to have se.. “No, I shouldn’t even think like that”, I said aloud, “but if he does should I, I mean he is treating me, but I want love not lust!!! Maybe I can have both??”
Tae-il POV
I was walking back to the room thinking about her, her name tag said Yana, “ What a beautiful name”, I thought then I heard Yana speaking to her self so I stopped to listen “ I want love not lust!!! Maybe I can have both??” I began to feel weird, I really do like her I’m not just lusting after her, that’s why I chose her, seeing her act cold and be defensive made me want to break her barriers and see her true personality. I walked into the room and smiled at her, she smiled back. She was so cute her curly hair and her caramel colored skin, she was something you’d never find in Korea, yet she’s right in front of me. I put my hand out for her to take it, I could tell she was hesitant, but she took it and as I looked into her eyes I fell for her.
Yana POV
He smiled at me and I felt weird inside, then he stuck out his hand motioning me to take it. At first I was scared and unsure but after a quick thought I did it, I took his hand, and at that moment he looked into my eyes and I fell for him. And all it took was for him to take my hand
He walked me to the parking lot, still holding my hand and guided me to a bomb ass truck!! I don’t know much about cars but this had to be that latest model. Is was black with a chrome trim and sat high. My brain was everywhere then I thought to myself, “ For a guy who’s barely 5 feet tall his rides pretty big.” He opened the door for me and told me to watch my step, like a gentleman. “ Oh my he’s a real sweet heart!!” my brain begun to speak to me again.
“So what do you like to do for fun?” I asked. He popped his head up, “Did you just ask me about myself?” He looked happy. “Well if im gonna be spending time with you I should know what kind of person you are.”
“Right.” He said looking disappointed. I felt kind of guilty so I asked if I could turn on the radio and he said yes, and just my luck my favorite song was on!! It was called Toy. He laughed as I started to sing in broken Korean, then he said “ You like that song a lot don’t you?” “ Of course!” I shouted. “ Its been my favorite song since 2016, my favorite part is the second half of the chorus when one of the boys hit the high note, oh my it give me chills!! I think his name is Tae-Soo or something and the songs by some group named Block C or Block Q, I don’t really know them well.” “ Its Block B.” he sounded kind of irritated with me. “ Sorry you must like them huh?” “ Actually its my group and the part you like is sung my me Tae-Il not Tae-Soo or Taehyung, its Tae-Il!” Not believing him I looked up the group and there he was Tae-Il, man I’m screwed I didn’t know it was him I suddenly felt bad, and thought, “ Now I definitely have to have sex with him.” Then something caught my eye, September 24, 1990?? I started to rant in my head. “ Its 2022 and I’m turning 22 cause I was born in 2000 and that means he is ten years older that me so he’s turning 32? He’s 31? What h-how? He doesn’t look a day over 25!!!!!!!!” “ Your 31!?!?” I finally blurted out, and he shook his head yes then drove out of the lot. Stunned I just looked at him the whole ride until we reached our first destination.
Tae-Il POV
She stared at me the whole ride, I guess she found it hard to believe I was 31, I mean I liked the attention but she watched me the whole ride and it started to fell a bit awkward. I wanted to ask her age but I thought it would be rude to ask a lady her age. When we pulled up to the dress shop I told her to stay so I could get the door for her like a gentleman. I never really open door for others because as a star doors open for you but tonight she was my star and I would pay leisure to her beauty. Helping Yana out of the truck I took her hand and lead her in the store where I saw my close friend Lee Mi Na. I went up to her and pointed to Yana and said, “ Three words ,little black dress.” Mi Na gave me that “ I got this” look and I knew she had the perfect dress already in mind. I waved at Yana as she was dragged into Mi Na's fashion force field and went to dress my self, I mean Yana can’t be the only good looking one right?
Yana POV
After being dragged off by a woman named Mi Na, she sent into the dressing room with black dress, silver heels and silver accessories. After getting dressed I looked in the mirror and put a shiny flower pin in my hair and walked out to see Tae in a black suit with a silver watch and glasses on, of course his arms were covered so only the tattoos on his hands were visible he looked so sexy, my jaw dropped, then he spoke. “ Yana you look amazing!” I smiled trying not to blush. “ Thanks Mi Na you made a miracle happen” Mi Na replied, “ Its my job and she was already pretty so it wasn’t hard, is this the girls you’ve been seeing for the past month? Oh and should I charge it to the card?” “ Yea this is her, and yes charge it to the card I used last time.” With that being said Mi Na waved us of and Tae took my hand for the third time and led me back to his truck. Once again the sweet heart made sure I was comfortable and drove took us to destination two.
We pulled up to a really nice place and Tae spoke, “ A month ago I accidentally made a reservation here for today and so I decided to use it, but didn’t have anyone to take until I met you.” “ Really?” I said surprised. He nodded yes and said, “You can order whatever you want, I’m used to being waited on and treated like a prince but as long as your with me I’ll be your servant and you’ll be my princess.” I was speechless all I could do was blush as Tae took me into to the restaurant and we were taken to our table, he pulled my seat out and everything. Why do Korean boys have to be so sweet I can’t take it, how could he go from “ I wanna toss you around my bed” to “ Your my princess?” I kept blushing when Tae called my name. “ Yana do you know what you want to drink do you wanna try their wine its amazing?” “ I’ve actually never had an alcoholic beverage before.” He looked at me in awe and ordered a bottle of wine. “ And what do you want to eat?” he asked with a cute smile. “ What’s good here? I've never been to a fancy place like this before.” Once again he looked in awe and said that he’ll order for me. It only took ten minutes before everything came and I was shocked at how fast they were. I didn’t recognize anything on the plate so I knew it was fancy. “ Here taste this first.” Tae took his fork and put it to my mouth. “ What is that? Its amazing!” I said with the biggest grin. Tae let out a small chuckle spoke, “ Its squid, but if you liked that your going to love this wine.” He poured me a glass and handed it to me, it was a deep red liquid and it looked so smooth. I took a sip and was surprised at how sweet it was, it made wonder what it would taste like if I kissed him, would it be sweet? Or bitter? Maybe it could be both.
Tae-Il POV
She was so sexy under the dim light watching her sip the wine was like watching a child taste candy for the first time. We spent about and hour talking and laughing about silly things, until we were finished. I paid and took her across the street to an ice cream shop and her eyes lit up. She told me she was obsessed with ice cream, and to make it cuter she only ate plain vanilla!! This had to be the best day of my life, I had finally gotten her to open up to me and we learned so much about each other.
Yana POV
The way he looked at me made my heart flutter, he didn’t look at me in lust, it was more genuine and sweet. After we had finished the ice cream we walked back to his truck and got in it was almost 11:30 at night. We sat there for a minute before Tae took my hand and started to speak. “ Thank you for coming out with me I really enjoyed the company.” He kissed my hand. “Should I take you home?” He asked taking my hand again I nodded and put my address into the GPS, I looked out the window and Super Junior Daydream played. I was supposed that he didn’t try to take me to his house, but I was also secretly disappointed.
