The Little Sister

Part 6

Sam's POV

I was sitting in my room when I got a text from one of Kat's friends. I opened it and it showed Katrina kissing another guy.

I texted kat and asked her about it to see what she would say.

Sam and Katrina's messages

S: you cheated on me

K: how did you find out about that

S: one of your friends sent me a picture of you kissing some guys.

K: Sam I'm so sorry I'm gonna come over so that we can talk about it.

S: whatever Katrina.

After I sent that to her I turned my phone off so I couldn't see her next text. I went downstairs and saw Alex and Colby sitting on the couch.

Alex looked over at me and saw me crying. She came over and hugged me. I told her what happened and while I was explaining Katrina walked in.

I tried to go upstairs but Alex kept me there with her. She looked at Katrina pissed off, Katrina went to talk to me but Alex stopped her.

"Katrina you need to leave and leave me and my brother alone" Alex said. I pulled her into a hug and started to cry into her neck. I felt Alex start to rub my back and then I felt Colby hug me and Alex.

I look up at them and Alex runs the tears off of my cheek. I look up and see that Katrina is gone and that it is just me and Alex and Colby in the room.

I feel my phone go off in my pocket so I take it out to look at what it was and why it went off.

K: Sam I'm so sorry for what I did to you. I know that what I say will never fix it. I never meant to hurt you, just want you to know that I'm very sorry for what I did.

I show it to Alex and she hands it back to me. I put my phone back into my pocket and ignore the message that Katrina had sent me beacuse I wanted to take my mind off of the situation.

I pull Alex and Colby into the kitchen with me and pull out a bottle of my favorite liquor. "Sammy plzz dont you know how i am about that" Alex says looking at me with a sad expression.

I put the bottle back up and go over and hug her. "I love you sammy please dont go to the way dad was" she says as she hugs me back.

" I promise sis I wont go to the way that dad was." I say as I hug her. She looks up at me and smiles, "thank you sammy I dont want to lose you like we did dad" Hse said looking at me.

I pull her close to me and hugs her close, I'm so glad that I have my sister here to help me threw the pain. Also to help me get over Katrina.
