A girl who is passionate about Taekwondo. After losing her parents at the age of 6, she lives with her Teacher, Qu Xiang Nan in Quansheng Taekwondo Center.
After getting kick out of Quansheng, she joins Songbai Taekwondo Center and is trained by her Senior Ruo Bai. She initially likes Yu Chu Yuan but then started to like Ruo Bai
* Yang Yang as Ruo Bai 若 白
Selfless and stoic oldest Senior of Songbai Taekwondo Center after Chu Yuan. He doesn't like people who gives up easily and thus, he had an interest in Bai Cao for her perseverance.
After some time, he began developing feelings for Bai Cao and is willing to do anything to help her, to the point that he got sick and injured.
He has a heart disease which is inherited from his father but didn't tell anyone, except Fang Ting Hao who knows about it.
* Bai Jing Ting as Yu Chu Yuan 喻初原
The warm and caring but mysteriously secluded medic and also previously the Senior of Songbai Taekwondo Center.
After leaving the Taekwondo World, he secluded himself to become a medic and he is kind and caring.
He likes Bai Cao and will always support her decision. After knowing that Bai Cao likes Ruo Bai, he then tried to move on from her but still remain as her best friend.
* Chen Xiang as Fang Ting Hao 方廷皓
The flirtatious and playful Senior of Xianwu Taekwondo Center with a hidden agenda. After meeting Bai Cao, he began to sincerely like her which she doesn't return her feelings to.
However, despite knowing that Bai Cao doesn't like him back, he still continues to try his chances for her, in hopes that she'll one day, return the feelings
Supporting Cast :
- Tan Song Yun as Fan Xiao Ying 范晓萤
A member of the Songbai Taekwondo Center and Bai Cao's best friend. She is a cheerful and playful girl and initially likes Ruo Bai but later falls in love with Yifeng whom she often bickers with.
- Leo Wu as Hu Yi Feng 胡亦枫
A member of the Songbai Taekwondo Center and a Senior after Ruo Bai. He is also Ruo Bai's dorm mate. He appears to be lazy, but is very talented. He often bickers with Xiaoying, and later falls in love with her
- Zhao Yuan Nuan as Fang Ting Yi 方婷宜
A member of the Xianwu Taekwondo Center and the younger sister of Tinghao. She is a former Taekwondo champion, and is regarded as a superstar in the Taekwondo world due to her talents and beautiful appearance. She likes Chuyuan, and is jealous of his love for Baicao.
- Yu Ting Er as Qu Guang Ya 曲光雅
A member of the Quansheng Taekwondo Center and Qu Xiang Nan's daughter. She appears to be cold but is actually very kind. She is Baicao's childhood friend and cares for her deeply
- Jiang Yi Yi as Kim Min Joo 金敏珠 김민주
A young member of the Changhai Taekwondo Center and also a taekwondo student from Korea, who is frank and adorable. Due to her father's rivalry with Qu Xiang Nan, she holds a grudge against An Yang students. She sees Baicao as her rival after she defeated her during her visit to Songbai.
Plot:
The story tells the journey of Qi Bai Cao who has a fondness for Taekwondo ever since she was little. After her parents died in a fire accident, Bai Cao is adopted and raised by Qu Xiang Nan, the world champion of Taekwondo, whose skills and reputation have been defamed by his rivals.
Honest, righteous, and determined to succeed, Bai Cao gradually transforms from a "weed" into a professional Taekwondo athlete, fighting her way to the top and reclaiming her teacher's innocence. Along the way she encounters friends such as her stoic and selfless senior Ruo Bai, the warm and caring but mysteriously secluded medic Yu Chu Yuan and the flirtatious, playful Fang Ting Hao with a hidden agenda.

Season 2 Cast :
In Season 2, the cast for Qi Bai Cao is change to An Yue Xi and the Korean Actor, Ji Chang Wook comes into play.
- Ji Chang Wook as Chang An 长安
In the second season, Chang An is from Fengyun Taekwondo Center as a cold and cruel instructor. He then goes to Songbai Taekwondo Center to train the students there by Chuyuan's request who is staying in America.
Also in the second season, Guangya joins Songbai Taekwondo Center but still wearing her Quansheng Taekwondo outfit. She also then has a crush on Fang Tinghao who still likes Baicao.
- Guo Jun Chen as Lu Fei Yu 路飞鱼
He appears in the second season and claiming that he's a member of the new Songbai Taekwondo Center which is located in Singapore. He has a crush on Xiaoying whom he mistakenly thought that she's his childhood friend
