A boy sits on the water of the big lagoon behind the fairy tail guild, his brown hair with green streaks flowing around his face. An old man comes down the path to the lagoon, making Dani look up from the book he was writing into.

"Well my child, did you finish this? Are you gonna leave us now as you said?"

"I am afraid so Makarov, but I won't leave forever though. It will be interesting to see Nova and the others grow up. But that is a story for another time, this fairy tale is finished."

Makarov smiles sadly: "Very well my child, show me your palm."

Dani smiles, biting back a tear when the green guild mark on his palm gets erased.  He had some great memories but his best is from his time with fairy tail.

"So you will leave now? Just up and go?", a shaky little voice asked.

"Yes, I will. I am sorry Wendy, but I can't stay. We will see us again I promise...", Dani was cut off from a fist hitting his gut.

"So you jackass will just leave? Seriously?", an infuriated Natsu yells. Dani only smirks at the situation and spits out some blood.

"Natsu, would you do me the honors?"

It doesn't take long for Natsu to catch on and his brilliant signature smile meets Dani's little smirk, while the others give their best effort to smile. The older male rushes at the 14-year-old, fists meeting guts, faces and fists for a good 10 minutes.

"Rule number one, never contact any clients you worked with before", Natsu begins in a strong voice, his voice weakening with the second.

"Rule number two, never share sensitive information about your guild." No one could hold back their tears when they all together scream the last rule.

"Rule number three, live every day of your life as if it is your last and never forget your family, keep us in your heart!"

Dani's strong smile was betrayed by his tears: "T-thank you guys, I love you all!"

Those were his final words before he disappeared. But everyone saw, he left behind a book and Levy took it up, her tears threatening to fall even faster.

"What's wrong shrimp?" Gajeel asks worriedly.

"T-the book. It is called my fairy tale in fairy tail!"

That night she read the book to all of her guildmates and they cried remembering all the good memories, that was his last gift to them. And they all laughed at remembering him.

But they also knew he wasn't gone forever, but that is a story for another time.
