Y/N POV

"...I walk this empty road. The only road that I have ever known. Don't know were it goes, but I'm the only one and I walk alone..."

As I get out of the bus, I put my headphones on. It had been a long day at school and all I wanted to do was get disconnected from the messy world with some music.

Lately, I felt so dependent on music. It really filled the emptiness when I needed, and it acted as an escape from everything...

"Auch" someone yelled while I was walking. I was so consumed by my own thoughts that I accidentally hit a person while walking. I took my headphones off.

"Sorry"

"What's wrong with you? Do you need to get glasses in order to see?"

"Hey I said I was sorry" my voice cracking a little. I didn't know this boy and he had no right over screaming at me in that way. Was everyone supposed to hate me?

He might have noticed my change in mood. After a pause, he replied "Hey, okay let's calm down. I'm sorry for talking in that way to you. I shouldn't have. Just be more careful next time, okay?"

"Yeah, I guess"

Now that we were in silence, I watched more in detail who I had spoken to. It was a tall, blonde boy, some years older than me. He was wearing a dark blue hoodie, black jeans and an old beanie. He had a bottle on his hand with confusing content.

He smiled at me and turned around to continue walking. I blushed at the feeling that maybe he realized I was practically analyzing him.

I continued walking, putting my headphones back on my ears.
