When rust will reach the trees of green,
And your heart will turn in to spleen,
You'll know that autumn came for all,
To eat your time and take it's toll.
My autumn came some time ago,
Kidnapped the leaves and the sun's glow,
It took some soul, took her away,
And left me miss her day by day.
Oh autumn cruel, if you return,
I promise I will make you burn,
I will be drowned in mystery,
Never put down by misery.
For she is there in your world,
Where leaves are warm and sunlight cold,
Her hair on winds that always blow,
My feelings she will never know.
A drop of rain falls from the sky,
From autumn's heart where hopes will die,
A pure tear off her face,
My blackened soul now to caress.
