DRIVING up to what I presumed to be the Mikaelson Mansion, I parked my car and examined the large place. The mansion seemed quite big and to my liking. Smirking to myself, I pulled down the sun visor and looked into the small mirror, fixing my hair as fast as I could. I proceeded to get out of my car and close its door.

My, burgundy colored, dress flowed down my body, just barley grazing the pavement. I made sure my appearance was well before I even thought about going up there.

Once i was sure my appearance was lovely, I then I started making my way up the giant front doors of the mansion.

As I walked closer to the main doors, I made sure no one was looking as I waved my hand gently causing them to open by themselves. I slowly entered, looking around the beautiful place.

Everything about this house just screamed my name; the giant stair case, the ball room, the foyer. I had a feeling I was going to like it here for the next couple weeks.

Taking off my scarf and jacket, I handed them to one of the servers, telling them to go hang them up somewhere. I put on a smile and walked around, grabbing a glass of champagne as a tray passed by me. Many eyes traveled with my body as I moved around the place slowly; just waiting for one of them to recognize me.

"I don't think I've seen you before, my name's Damon, Damon Salvatore." Hearing the oldest Salvatore brother speak to me made me smirk. This one would be fun to toy around with.

"I know who you are. How could I ever forget a face like yours." I told him as I turned around to face him. He was dressed nicely in a tux, his bow tie was a little crooked so I fixed it for him before giving him a wink.

"How do you know me?" He questioned giving me a curious look. I smiled and said, "Well Damon, somethings are better left unsaid." I patted his chest before walking away from his presence.

Making my way up the stair case I noticed Esther hasn't moved once since I came in. She watched everyone below, probably looking for the latest doppelganger.

"You're here." She spoke to me for the first time in a thousand years. "Is that how you greet old friends?" I asked her with raised eyebrows. She chuckled, with no humor, "Friends. We are not friends. Not anymore since-"

"Since you got on your own knees and begged me to help you with your children? Begged me to change them into the most precious creatures I have yet to create?" I eyed her down and noticed a slight change in her attitude; she was scared.

"And what a mistake that was. I'm here to remove that mistake." She spoke. I giggled and sipped on my champagne, "I know why you're here. Rumor had it back home that the Mikaelson's were having a family reunion. I was shocked but had to see for myself, so I had one of my visions; Saw the invitations to the ball. I'm so disappointed I didnt get an invite from you. Considering everything I have done for you and your family." I gave her a look as she turned her head towards me.

"My family thinks you're dead, Evelyn. I'm sure you knew that. I know you're not really here for the ball Evelyn. You're not going to stop me. My plan is already in motion." She spoke with confidence.

I scoffed and let out a giggle afterwards, "We will see." I gave her a wink before I noticed the oldest Mikaelson walking up behind her.
