Anakin was thrilled. The chancellor summoned him to the senate building. He hasn't seen the chancellor ever since the mission above couracant. Ahsoka caught up to him in Padmes apartment. "Hey skyguy, where are you going?" She asked the Jedi. "The chancellor has summoned me, I will report to his office." Anakin grinned. The chancellor. Ahsoka thought. The emperor...

Ahsoka has a job to do. She couldn't let Palpatine take her brother away from her again. "Mind if I tag along? I'm sure the chancellor wouldn't mind some more company." Ahsoka growled under her breath. "Sure snips," Anakin smiled at his former padawan. Oh how ignorant you are, skyguy.

Ahsoka and Anakin arrived at the senate building. When they walked down the hall ahsoka saw someone familiar... lux. She told Anakin she would catch up to him in a bit as she was itching to talk to her friend. But realization went through her as she did. She had a job to do, she told herself. She catches up with her former master and followed him to the chancellors office.

Ahsoka stood close by anakin the whole time, keeping the distance between the Sith Lord and the Jedi. "Ah, anakin! Please come in-" he paused looking at the togruta. "Lady Tano, what a pleasure to see you here," he trailed off. "Pleasure is mine, chancellor." Ahsoka lied. She hated the sight of the Sith Lord. The man who toke her brother away from her. Practically, the only family she had was taken away from the togruta by the chancellor. Oh how I would love to slice his head off, ahsoka growled.

"Now, lets get to why you are here, anakin." Said the chancellor, completely ignoring ahsoka. Though ahsoka walked close to anakin, showing the Sith Lord that she was still here. "Anakin, I would like you to be my personal representative on the Jedi council." The chancellor smiled at the Jedi. Ahsoka didn't like where this was going. "Allow me to interrupt chancellor, but the Jedi won't allow this. If they wanted to do such a thing they would pick their own." Ahsoka added.

The chancellor glared at ahsoka. "She's right chancellor." Anakin spoke. "The Jedi won't allow this."
"Anakin, they need you." The chancellor turned his malicious eyes to the chosen one. "More than you know." By instinct, ahsoka grabbed her former masters wrist. "We must be going, we will brief the council on this matter chancellor." The air was filled with tension as the grey Jedi and the chancellor exchanged glares at each other. Ahsoka didn't like that man one bit. He was bad news for anakin. "Right," anakin trailed off looking at his former padawan with irritation. "Thank you chancellor." Anakin bowed and Ahsoka soon after.

Walking in the halls of the senate building Anakin paused in his tracks, wanting to speak with Ahsoka. "What was that?" He asked, irritated. "W-what do you mean?" Ahsoka asked ignoring what just happened. "Why were you so hostile?"
"I just- I just thought we should get going. You know? Padme might need you." Ahsoka walked forward crossing her arms. "You embarrassed me and yourself in front of the chancellor. He's like a father figure to me," anakin walked with ahsoka, to the speeder they came with. "I just don't trust him. His actions lately leave me cautious." Ahsoka said getting into the speeder with anakin. "You should trust him ahsoka. He's a good man." Anakin said annoyed.  "Define good man," ahsoka mumbled. "What was that?" Anakin looked with irritation at the togruta. Ahsoka stayed silent, regretting her words as she knew this would create a big argument. "Y'know, I'm starting to think you've changed a lot ahsoka, and in a bad way. Maybe you should just leave me and the order again and go back to the hole you crawled out of." Anakin paused, immediately regretting every word he said.

Tears filled in Ahsoka's eyes, looking back at the Jedi with glossy blue irises. "You know what? Maybe i will." Ahsoka got out of the speeder and walked in an opposite direction of the senate building. "Ahsoka, I'm-"
"Save it anakin. I know what you meant." Tears ran down her cheeks as she continued down her path to who knows where. But she stopped. "And I'm so sorry I failed you." The togruta turned her head and continued walking. She pulled up her cloak hood and walked down the stairs of the temple.

The force was wrong to choose her. She couldn't turn the all great anakin skywalker! Then couracant disappeared, turning into a void of darkness.
