"Alexei!" A guy around my height with fair skin, black hair that was combed back, red eyes, and x shaped pupils shout excitedly. He was wearing a black dress shirt that had a few buttons undone, white pants and black boots.
"Hey! It's been a minute. Welcome back. How was the mission?" Alexei said with a smile, giving him a bro hand shake.
"It was a pain in the ass for nothing. Who are these kids?" the guy, Andrade said.
"Cheri, Solomon, and Mikhail," Alexei said. He actually looked proud to present us, "Aquamancing siren, pyromancing shifter, and pyromancer... Mikhail, didn't you have another effect?"
"Demon," I said quietly. That was another thing. No one ever wants to work with demons. They feel that we're uncontrollable, but we've long since evolved from that behavior, unless we go feral.
"You're a demon? You look so sweet," Andrade said with a friendly smile.
I moved my hair from my left eye and showed him my abnormality. My left eye's sclera is pitch black and the pupil was black. The iris was silver. I often kept it hidden.
"Cool. These are my pups. Logan, Riley, and Cassidy," Andrade said motioning to his team, "Water dragon, werewolf, and aquamancing demon."
Logan had close cropped hair and goatee that was black. His skin was a flawless chocolate color. His eyes were a friendly, aquamarine colour. He wore an outfit identical to mine but his under shirt was pink. He still looked tough. He was about two inches taller than Solomon.
Riley was about the same height as Solomon and had tan skin with a few freckles on his face. His eyes were hazel and his hair was a dark brown colour and looked soft. It was short and went a little passed his ears. He wore a white V-neck, under a navy blue blazer with his sleeves folded to his elbows, black slack, and black loafers.
Cassidy was about 5' 3" with pale skin and black eyes. She had long black hair that stopped at the middle of her back. She wore ruby red lipstick, a casual, black, long sleeve dress that had small silver flowers framing the bottom that stopped at her knees. She wore a pair of black heels.
"Nice to meet you guys," we said in unison.
"Likewise," Logan said with a bright smile.
"Let's eat!" Andrade and Alexei roared.

It was one of the restaurants where there is a grill in the middle of the table and you order raw meat and cook it. Since there was 8 of us, we had three grills in our long table.
Riley opted to eat some of his meat raw, since he was used to hunting down his food most times anyways.
"So, you can't change your eye to blend in with the rest of your appearance?" Cassidy asked.
"No, sadly I can't. Small birth defect," I said with a shy chuckle. Everyone was socializing smoothly, and I was enjoying staying in my corner with my beer, flipping my beef.
"Do you ever let your demonic feature come out to play?" Logan asked, "I go nuts if I can't go swim for more than a couple days."
"I do, but only in private. Never in practice. So, how does your lead know my lead?" I asked, directing them to the two men scarfing down rice meat and veggies.
"We're not sure. Hey, boss, how do you know their lead?" Cassidy asked.
"Oh, right. I used to be his lead," Andrade said after chugging his juice.
"What wait?!" Cheri gasped in glee, "You're the man that inspired him to do this?!"
"Sure is," Alexei said with a grin... There was spinach in his teeth.
