I Am Damaged

If this was how I met my end, I suppose I wouldn't be all that surprised.

I laid in a pool of my own hydraulic fluids, no longer able to get back up.

The small light on the ceiling swung back and forth ever so slightly. It had been left on in his hurry to leave. I couldn't stop staring at it. Probably because it was the only thing I could see through the blanket of static that clouded my vision.

I deserved what I had gotten.

I didn't even fight back.

I couldn't.

I don't know where the others went, but I doubted that they would find me before my damaged parts gave out on me. They almost never went into the spare storage room.

Nobody did.

Everything hurt.

I wished that time would speed up and that it'd just be over already.

I found this swimming in my drafts and decided to work on it.

Hopefully, it doesn't suck too much :V
