(Gee telecom is the company owned by Thanawat Dad Mr. Aat .This company was well known in Thai . It is famous for its electrical equipments. This was inherited by the Mr.Aat dad to him. He want o expand it)
After 2 days
I got all the information about that company. I was shocked that the company has bogus fund (black money) kept in a separate account. The company was actually facing a financial loss but according to its report it show an increase in profit from last year. If the actual books came to public then the name of the company will have an offence ............
The company required a heavy investment to recover it from the debts and all the losses.
And the interesting part they have approached my company for that......

I am honoured to meet the person who has flipped the technology in our country. and bring the new era but one thing i didn't understand is that why the company which change the world of technology desperately looking for investment. According to my sources there is no new research going on....{Forth(the devil smile) ... hehehe i like how the expression of his face chances}
Although i trust your company but i still can't invest without knowing why you needed such a huge investment.
Mr. Aat: i just wanted to expand the business in other countries as well which require a huge investment. If you want to look you can check the reports of the company of the past year for its increasing development.

The meeting was the big mistake as instead of saving my company , i have to abandon my son. Although, throught out his life he was a trouble to me but still he was my son i can't see him suffer. But he need to learn his lesson may be this is the time he should reflect on his wrong doing.
No matter how i try to understand the situation but i have to save the company otherwise thousand of people will have to suffer and my son as well.
I have to look for other sources as well for fund. If i manage to get help from investors than i can protect both my company as well as my son.
In the meantime Forth asked his secretary to asked other company as well not to invest in Gee Equip if they do then they will also have to bear the consequences.

I can't find a single investor. How can every body who I help turns their back towards me...
I think at last I have to accept one of the Mr.Forth option.
