The retreat

        "She's incredible" David gasped as Mikasa sliced the nape of an abberant. He looked back and saw no more titans then launched into the air "I will be back!" he told Jack as he speed off. When he got back to the gate he saw the larger part of his squad was sent back over the wall. David skidded on the roof to Mikasa. "That was amazing" he gasped, "And you're fresh from training?" she nodded and blushed slightly.

        "I missed you David!" she said through a cry as she hugged David tight around the ribs. He smiled and hugged her back.

        "I missed you to Mika" David said softly kissing the top of her head "Where did you go all that time ago?" he asked

        "M-My parents were mudered.. Then doctor Jaeger's son came and saved me, after that I went and lived with them in Shinganshina." she cried softly into Davids chest hugging tighter. "But I'm back and we're together again" she smiled through tears. But as they stood in the embrace an order for the rear gaurd to retreat was met with a high deafining scream. Mikasa looked back to where it came from, "Armin?" She said as she launched towards the scream. 

        "You two go I will catch up with you." David said as Jack and Holly flew by. He then flew after Mikasa, thinking in his head "The hell was that? I've heard screams but not that loud" he pondered about this as he trailed behind Mikasa.
