The king was in deep conversation with the king of Mun kingdom. The talk went on for a while as only the kings were allowed to be in the throne hall.
"Are you sure about it? I am not sure if it will work. No one can go against the decision the moon goddess has made. You know in the end they will find each other."
King Jung Hoseok rubbed his forehead in frustration.
"You are not understanding this. No one from our kingdom can cross their territory and same with them. So how can I even think about sending my daughter there. I can't."
King Mun sighed, understanding his friends worries. The kings words are like metal, which can not be broken easily. Agreeing will hurt his pride and King Hoseok will not do that. He will not bow to the enemy of his kingdom.
"I mean I am always with you. If you want to go with our plan of engaging your daughter with my son. I am more than happy. It's just the curse which you might have to face if you separate the two soulmates."
The king smirked before he got up from the throne. His hands tightly clasped with each other.
"I know what is right for her. I am sure i will take what the curse will be."
King Mun stood up too as he made his way towards his friend.
"Let's say when the kids are eighteen we will engage them." King Hoseok nods as he hugs the man in front of him.
King Hoseok could get any other king to have his son marry Yunmi. But King's Mun's son who is now nine years old, has lost his mate. The poor girl was the daughter of the maid. Once the king and everyone found out about the girl being the prince's mate, they were really happy.
However, one morning she was found dead by the forest. The prince was crying for his mate even though he didn't even know much about the mates. He could feel the empty spot in his heart. He was broken.
No one till this day know who killed the girl.
