Chapter 2: The note

The morning was beautiful. The sun was blazing and the birds were chirping and you know what I was thinking the whole morning Why was that cop so creepy ! I know I should let the cop thing go but I kind of don't want to let it go, I know that wouldn't solve anything but maybe it would. 

HONK.HONK

I put my head back in my soft pink pillow to tune out the sound of whoever is honking.

Honk. Honk  the sound echoed.

I couldn't even drown out the sound, my pillow wasn't made to be sound proof like I hoped. Since the car continued to make noises I decided to look out my window to see who's causing me to lose precious hours of sleep. I looked out my window to only see Aidan in his new white Buick waiting for me to come downstairs. I rolled my eyes at him as I screamed out the window.

"You jerk I had another hour to sleep!" I yelled.

"Now you have an hour to spend with me!" Aidan yelled back. "Now get dressed we going on a little trip before school!"

"What If I don't wanna go on  a trip with you!l" I joked.

"To bad," Aidan yelled back.

"I'll be down in a minute!" I said, I closed my window and started to get myself ready. I thought today could be a day I wore something with a rebel vibe. I picked out my old red tank top, got my black jeans from my closet, put my favorite black boots and and grabbed my black leather jacket. I looked good.

I walked downstairs to see Aidan sitting in his car trying to pick a radio station. Eventually Aidan turned his head to see me, He stared at me for a few seconds that made me somehow blush. His bright eyes gazed into mine so intently that I almost forgot where I was and who I was.

" Wow sunshine, someone wanted to go all out" Aidan mocked.

"At least I tried to look nice" I joked.

"Don't mock me sunshine" Aidan smirked to himself. " you gonna get in the car or are you just waiting for me to open the door for you"

"Call me sunshine one more time Leprechaun and see what happens" I said.

"Mhm" Aidan said as he walked around the car to open the door for me. He started to drive us to the place he wanted me to see. I tried asking him where he was taking me but he was percipient on me not knowing. While he was driving us there though we jammed to our favorite songs by Coldplay and Beyoncé. I showed my best moves while Aidan danced every timeless we're at a stop sign. It was so funny.

Eventually Aidan stopped to car and parked in some kind of alley. He unbuckled my seat and his and opens the door for me to get out, I walked out the door confused as to where he was taking me.

"Take my hand" Aidan said.

I grabbed his hand as he stared to run. I stared running with his hand in my hand, if that makes sense. Eventually he stopped running and my energy was entirely low. I tried to catch my breath after that strange run, and then Aidan put his hand under my chin to lift my head my head up. I looked at what he showed me and I started to cry.

It was videos of all me, Aidan and Emma's memories together. I couldn't believe it. It was blown out on a projector on the street. It was so sweet.

"You like it?" Aidan asked.

"I love it" I cried. As soon as Aidan saw me lose it a little he pulled me into a hug. I bawled my eyes out with happy and sad tears, and I could feel Aidan heart beat as I was close to him. I started to feel calmer and calmer as Aidan held me. I didn't want it to end. It felt right and for some reason it also felt wrong. I let go of Aidan in a hurry.
