Two days have passed by in this gas station. Everyone has been catching up with each other's lives, but Henry is just secluding himself from the rest of us. We will try and get him to join us, but he just refuses.
Food wise, we are okay, I guess. We are starting to run low on can spaghetti o's because Henry has been sneaking some when we are sleeping. We found a few bag of chips though, but we are also running low on that as well. Water wise, we have a decent amount left. We have more water than food, which is pretty nice, but I'm hungry.
We made a pact to not go out in the day, for we don't want to be caught. We rarely go out in general though. This gas station is the only thing we can call home, well, for now.
"Um, Harlow?" Harvey said with a scared look on his face.
"Yes? What's wrong, Harv?"
"Please tell me you have your dream journal."
"No, why?"
"Oh, no!" He exclaimed, beginning to scrunch his hair, and his beginning to grow big.
"Wha— OH NO!" I shouted.
"Harlow, a spirit told me a few minutes ago that someone is at our house and is searching for that journal. Please tell me you didn't write every dream in detail." He rambled.
"If I say no, I would be lying..." I replied.
"Great! Now, we're in bigger trouble."
In my dream journal, I wrote every weird dream I have been having this past year. If that supernatural creature finds it, we are all dead.
"Harlow!" Bizz exclaimed.
"What?"
"Do you have—"
"My dream journal? No, it's at home."
"Oh, no!"
Great, Harlow! Now, you have everyone panicking even more than they did two days ago. We have zero adults to help us! We only have two 16 year olds, a 12 year old, a 10 year old, and a 4 year old who can't speak. I know when I was little, I had wish for my life to go beyond The Norm, but I didn't mean like this!
We need to find out who we truly are, and who the hell we are in danger from. I made my way to the center of the building.
"Pact meeting, now!" I yelled. Everyone quickly gathered around. "Wow! For once everyone listened to me the first time."
"Um, Har..." Bizz said, handing me a mirror.
I looked into the mirror, and I didn't recognize myself. My eyes went from green to a freaky, yellow, brown color.
"Um, ignore my eyes, for it might just be the lighting. We need to quickly make a plan. Both Bizz and Harvey had spirits tell them that there is a supernatural creature searching our house. Therefore, we need to make a plan to leave this town. We live in Chelsea, England, which is a small town on the outside of London, and they can find us easily. Now, we know everyone's gifts, but—"
Hannah began clapping her hands, so she can speak. She went in front of Bizz, and signed to her.
"She said she can sense when something bad is truly going to happen or coming our way. That makes sense now! Har, when we were on he front step of your house Hannah signed to me saying look at mom. You looked at her and she said 'run.' There was no way for Hannah to see mom because she was all the way in the corner of the room." Bizz retorted.
"That's true! Okay, so now we know everyone's gifts for sure." I stated.
"Now, what?" Henry questioned.
"Now, we need to work together. I mean, we are all here together for a reason. We just need to become one!" I exclaimed
"I'm in!" Bizz and Henry exclaimed.
Hannah began jumping up and down in Bizz's lap.
"Hannah is in!" Bizz announced.
"I'm in, and so is Karleigh." Harvey stated.
"Karleigh?!" Bizz, Henry, and I questioned.
"Yea, Karleigh. She's my guide, apparently. She was the one who told me about that supernatural creature is searching our house. She is here to help us out. She will help us by letting us know where the spirits and demons are, who are trying to kill us." Harvey explained.
"Perfect! We need to find another place to hide because they may fund us here." I stated.
"We should leave tonight; the sooner we leave the better. I have my bag in the corner, and we can stalk up on food and water." Bizz recommended.
"Sounds good! We leave tonight! Start packing!" I commanded.
"Har, your eyes again." Bizz stated.
I covered my eyes. Why are they all of a sudden doing this? We began packing a load of food and water into Buzz's backpack, and then waited until night came.
