I ran. I ran as fast as I could to get away from that house. My arms were soaked and red with blood.
Murderer, I thought, he's a murderer.
I kept running until I was brought to my knees. I looked up to see that I had collapsed in front of my favorite restaurant, Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria. I was only 4, so it made sense. My vision began to blur as I slipped into unconsciousness. The last thing I saw was a blurry red figure.

"Is she waking up?" a female voice asked. It was slightly high-pitched as if in hope and excitement.
"Calm down, Chica. She'll wake up. Just give it time." a male voice asked. This one was deeper. Like a professional speaker, filled with courage and confidence.
"But, I'm soooooo excited! I wonder what her name is. Ooh, if she doesn't have a name, can I name her?!" Chica asked, her voice getting more high-pitched as her excitement grew.
"Listen to Freddy, Chica. Give it time." another male voice said, almost demandingly. This one sound way deeper than the other's voice, and had a bit of an accent to it. Almost as if it belonged to a pirate. I squirmed a bit and turned.
"Guys look!" one more male voice said. It sounded like an adolescent boy going through a voice change, somewhat high-pitched and squeaky, but a little deep. I opened my eyes a bit to see four figures looming over me.
The girl had bright yellow hair that was cut to the bottom of her ears, her eyes a soft violet, and a warm smile on her face. One of the males had dark brown hair with a small top hat atop his head, deep brown eyes, and a curious, yet concerned look on his face. Another had light purple hair, thick black glasses, light green eyes, and an astonished look on his face. The last one had long, bright, but slightly dark, red hair that went every which way, an eye-patch that covered one of his dark golden eyes, a sliver hook replaced his right hand, and a concerned, worried, or even fatherly look on his face.
"Wh-who are you?" I asked, slightly terrified.
"No need to be afraid, lass. You're safe." the bright-haired one said.
"Do you have a name?!" Chica asked, a bit loudly.
"Calm down, Chica. She just woke up." the purple-haired boy said.
"I don't like my name" I said, wiping my eyes and sitting up properly.
"Well, what is your name?" Freddy asked. "Mine's Freddy."
"Chica." Chica stated happily.
"I'm Bonnie. I know it sounds girly." the purple haired boy said, smiling shyly.
"I be Foxy, lass. I be the one who helped ye back to health." the bright-haired one said, softly.
"My name is Adria." I said.
"What kind of name is that?" Chica asked, shocked.
"Chica, where are your manners?" Bonnie glared at her.
"Sorry." Chica looked at her hands.
"It's ok, most people react that way." I said, then yawned widely.
"Can we rename her, Foxy? Please?" Chica looked up at him. Foxy looked at me.
"Do ye want a new name?" Foxy asked.
"Ok." I said.
"Ooh! What kind of name have you always wanted?" Chica looked at me with the utmost excitement.
"Well, I've always really liked the name Nala, but people say it's just a cat name." I replied.
"Aw, it's adorable! Your new name can be Nala!" Chica smiled widely.
"That is a nice name for a young girl like you." Freddy said. All of a sudden, I yawned real big and my eyes became droopy.
"Is the young one tired already?" Foxy asked. I nodded and laid down, drifting quickly off to sleep.

I woke up in a room full of little dolls everywhere. I was deathly afraid of dolls. I widened my eyes and cowered in fear.
Chica's room, I thought. I don't know why I thought it was her room, maybe because of the dolls... or the feminine atmosphere. Suddenly the door cracked open to reveal a violet eye.
"She's up!" Chica shouted. She must've seen my terrified look. because she asked, "What's wrong, Nala?"
"I d-don't l-Ike d-dolls." I told her, trembling. My voice suddenly going high-pitched at points. Chica walked in and picked me up. She carried me to the couch and set me down.
"G'morning, Nala." Bonnie greeted me with a warm smile.
"Hi." Freddy said.
"Foxy's making sure everything outside is clean before the pizzeria opens." Bonnie explained.
"Yep. That means you have to stay here and don't get into anything until 9 o'clock, ok?" Freddy asked. I nodded.
"What time is it?" I asked.
"It's... five-fifteen a.m." Chica said. "The pizzeria opens at 8 o'clock." I yawned widely, not being used to waking up this early and all. I looked around. I was in a living room of some sorts. A door stood to the left of the room while a flat screen TV sat in front of the coffee table. The chairs were made of dark brown, soft fabric. The couch I was sitting on was made of the same fabric, but with a round, black blanket on the top. The door opened and Foxy came in.
"Seems clean enough. How's the little one doing?" he asked.
"She's good, just a little tired." Freddy answered. Foxy walked over to me and smiled.
"How ye be doing, lass?" he asked warmly.
"I'm... good." I yawned. I smiled weakly, my voice sounding airy.
"Ooooooh, she's soooo cute!" Chica exclaimed. Foxy picked me up and brought me to the door.
"What time is it, Freddy?" Foxy looked back at him.
"Five twenty-nine." he replied.
"Good, I want to show this little one the outside." Foxy opened the door to reveal a black room. "It's alright, lass. For it be just a curtain." Foxy's hook opened up the curtain to another room. It was filled with tables that held party hats and condiments atop them. A stage was centered at the right wall. On the left were two hallways.
"You don't want to go down those hallways... or that door over there. Those places are forbidden." Bonnie said behind us. He pointed to the hallways then to a door that said:
EMPLOYEES ONLY
"Aye, lass. They places be no place for a young gal like ye to be treading." Foxy put me on the base of the stage. I jumped up and down in joy and curiosity. I ran in circles, laughing the whole time. Bonnie chuckled.
"Little kids can be so cute at times." he said, putting his hands on his hips. I tried climbing down the stage, but Foxy picked me up again.
"No, no. We'll show ye around tonight, lass. For now, ye be staying in here." Foxy brought me back inside the hidden room of Pirate Cove. Chica and Freddy got up to leave.
"The janitors will be coming soon. Best be getting into our places." Freddy said as he, Bonnie, and Chica left.
"Aye, I be getting into place to, lass. Don't ye get into anything or you'll have to walk the plank." Foxy held up his hook close to my face. I looked at it in terror, imagining what 'the plank' was. "Ha, ha. I be kidding, lass. I wouldn't lay me hook on ye for any unnecessary reasons." He looked at me with a gentle smile then, stood up to leave.
"Stay out of me room, aye, lass? You can go into Chica's room, here, and the bathroom, but not anywhere else, ye understand?" I nodded. Foxy held the door open, gave me one last warm smile, then left. I laid there, bored, on the couch, bundled up in the blanket Chica gave me. Soon, I was out like a light once more.
