Freddy's POV

Nala was sound asleep as we talked about the recent situation, except Foxy, he was in Nala's room sleeping on the floor.

"I heard there's going to be a night guard." Chica sighed. Chica and Nala had become inseperable best friends ever since Nala arrived. We've all become more cheerful, going through a long, boring day just to come back and see her cute smile.

"That means we can't come back to see Nala except Foxy." Bonnie frowned.

"Unless..." Chica began, looking at us mischievously.

"We don't kill people just because we want to see a friend." I said.

"But. she's like a sister to me, Freddy." Chica complained.

"No killing for unnecessary reasons." I shot back. Chica pouted, but didn't speak. I got up along with Bonnie.

"Where are you two going?" she asked.

"Bed." I answered.

"So will I, then." she got up and the three of us headed towards our rooms.

Foxy's POV

I slept on the floor next to Nala's bed, worried that she'd have nightmares. Sure, it was a little uncomfortable, but I was scared for her. I've never felt this close to anyone before. I liked the feeling I get when she smiles. I feel I have to keep her safe no matter what. I love her and she loves me. She stirred and I shot up. Luckily she was just turning. I laid back down and closed my eyes, but I couldn't sleep. I'd always end up panting and covered with sweat as I had the same nightmare over and over.

Nala would be sitting in my chair, waiting for me as always, but this time she looked sad.

"What's wrong, lass?" I'd ask. She looked up at me and said the bad man was coming to work here. Then, it'd turn into a torture chamber. I'd be tied up just to watch Nala be autopsied.

Then, it ended. Just like that. I looked back over to Nala, who lay sound asleep, and sighed. I was getting paranoid. I laid back down and started to stare into space.

"Foxy, wake up." I heard Nala say and nudge me on the shoulder. I opened my eyes and smiled.

"Hello, lass." she hugged me.

"Come on, Foxy. We've got to get ready." Chica said, a little more serious than ever.

"Especially if the new night guard starts tonight." Freddy said.

"Why ye all getting serious with me?" I asked. "I didn't know about the night guard 'till now."

"Well, you get to see Nala every night and not us 'cause you're 'Out of Order'." Bonnie sneered.

"Ye all stop it. We'll get rid of this new night guard and then after that, we'll get to see lass. No need to get angry at me." I snapped back. The three jumped back, startled by my sudden anger. Chica huffed and walked out while Bonnie and Freddy continued to glare. Soon, the other two left. I swiped my out-of-control-in-the-morning bangs back with my left hand.

"New night guard? What's that, Foxy?" Nala asked.

"A night guard is someone who watches over us to see if we act normal. If they see us move, they get paranoid. This time, lass, we'll make sure to get rid of him." Nala laid down on my lap and I patted her head.

"What's their name?" she asked.

"I don't know, lass. Ye'll have to ask the others." I said and sat back. "Aye, I have to get ready." I sat back up and lifted her up a bit. She sat on the floor in front of the doorway, watching me step out.

"Bye, Foxy." she waved at me slightly.

"I'll see ye soon, lass." I stepped out and shut the door behind me.

Nala's POV

I watched Foxy walk out and shut the door with tears in my eyes, for fear I might lose him like I lost my parents. I wept quietly with my hands covering my face. I heard footsteps and my door opened. My head shot up. Chica was looking down at me. Her face changed from sadness to concern.

"Nala? What's wrong?" Chica asked, kneeling in front of me.

"Will you guys be ok?" I asked. Chica seemed confused at first, but then understood.

"Yes, we'll be fine." she hugged me gently as my tears began to roll slowly onto her shoulder.

"What's the name of the night guard?" I asked.

"Um... Mike-something. No need to worry though. We'll deal with him." I broke the hug and ran towards my old outfit, the one that I first collapsed in front of this place in, and searched the pockets. I found a black wallet that the man who murdered my parents dropped.

"Him?" I asked, showing her the photo and name.

"You know him?" she asked, grabbing the wallet.

"He... he murdered m-m-my parents." tears rolled down my face faster now as I hiccup-cried. Chica dropped the wallet and hugged me tightly.

"I'm so sorry. I'll make sure he's long gone." she whispered into my ear.
