Taehyung was holding Jungkook as tightly as he could. He was scared that if he let him go, he would disappear. He wanted to blame himself for not noticing Jungkook's state. He wanted, but he couldn't. Deep down he knew it wasn't his fault. It was no one's fault.
He didn't notice what was in the past, but he will notice what will happen in the future. He won't let any detail slip. He couldn't. Taehyung didn't want to think about what would happen if Jungkook wasn't here right now, in his arms.
What would be his life without Jungkook?

He didn't see his life without Jungkook. Jungkook was in his daily routine.
Speaking about the younger, Taehyung couldn't help, but think about what happened to him and why.
"Jungkook?" Taehyung called Jungkook softly.
"Mm?"
"Can I ask you something?" there was a silence for a few seconds. No one said a word.
"I-i... Okay." Jungkook replied eventually. He was scared of what Taehyung wanted to ask.

All sort of thoughts ran through his head. Every one of them was bad. Jungkook felt his tears coming back. He didn't want Taehyung to leave him, he loved him so much. He loved Taehyung more, than he loved himself.
"For how long have you had depression?" asked Taehyung even softer. His voice was gentle.
Jungkook felt relieved for a moment. Taehyung wasn't leaving him, yet.
"High school. I've been hearing him since then." all Jungkook could reply was that. He didn't want to count for how long he had it.
"Him?"
Jungkook bit his lip. Did he say too much? He stayed silent.
"Jungkook, you know you can tell me everything." said Taehyung as he pulled from the hug to look at Jungkook.
What he saw broke his heart again. Jungkook had tears in his eyes, but that wasn't all there was is his eyes, Taehyung saw shame in them.
"Kookie, you don't have anything to be ashamed of. It's not your fault, you did nothing wrong." he said wiping Jungkook's tears away. Jungkook lowered his head, not daring to look at Taehyung's face.
