"Are you sure you want to do this?" Skylar asked her unsurely as they walked into the clinic. Syné had her mind set on it and nothing was going to change her mind, there was no way she was going to keep a baby that she didn't even know who the father was. What if it really was the rapists child and not Kentrell, she wouldn't be able to live with herself.
"I'm sure Skylar, I cant take the chance..." she explained "but what if it is Kentrells, you ain't even going to tell him about this are you?" Skylar sighed knowing what happened to Syné was horrible but her getting an abortion without telling her boyfriend wasn't a good thing whether it was his or not.
"He will understand" Syné took a deep breath at the thought of it, it had been a little over a few months since everything happened to her. A few weeks ago she found out she was pregnant and went to the hospital, she was happy about it until the dates came up if she calculated it correctly she fell pregnant around the same time she was raped or even before that but she couldn't risk it. "This is wrong Syné!" Skylar protested it was taking everything in her not to tell Kentrell. "You can leave Skylar, you don't have to be here.." Syné snapped growing angry with her friend not understanding her choice.
"At least speak to Kentrell first" she pressed on but Syné ignored her. "Fine I'm out" Skylar told her before leaving the clinic, Syné sat alone waiting to be called. She had doubts in her head to turn back and just not go through with it but she couldn't, she was two months pregnant and she needed to get rid of it now.
She knew the risks of abortions it could cause problems for her in the future it did worry her a little but she didn't let it phase her at this moment , she'd deal with it afterwards. The wait was really long she'd been waiting for over an hour now, she was growing impatient so got up and walked over to the receptionist. "Hey, how much longer?" She impatiently asked. "Not much longer" the woman simply said not telling her much.
She nodded going to sit back down, her head was down so she didn't even notice Kentrell walking in with anger all over his face. Skylar had called him so he rushed as fast as he could to the clinic, if she was going to do this he wanted to be by her side. "Kentrell..." Syné stuttered in shock.
"You won't gon' fucking tell me Syné? You foul bruh" he said sitting down beside her keeping his voice low so no one heard them, Syné felt bad now seeing him "please Kentrell, I thought you'd understand" her voice cracked as she tried not to cry, he grabbed her hand "I understand baby girl but you wasn't going to tell me? You know I'd support you either way, ion want you carrying no rapist baby anyhow. But what if it's mine bruh?" He said with slight hope.
"It can't be yours Kentrell, believe me. I wish I could keep it but I can't take that chance" she held his hand tighter finding it hard to look into his eyes, he'd been so supportive of her since everything happened he didn't give up on her he was patient as ever with her. Kentrell took a deep breath before nodding he understood and he wasn't about to force her it was her body, whatever she wanted to do he'd support it "Aight I get that" he spoke softly.
Soo enough Syné was in the room where th procedure would take place, the nurse explained everything to her and asked her if she really wanted to through with it. Both her and Kentrell then had to sign papers "Okay so the best procedure for you would be the pill, since you are still early on in your pregnancy. We still have to do an ultrasound to be exactly sure of how far along you are" the nurse said.
Syné closed her eyes as the nurse done the ultra sound she couldn't believe she had a whole human growing inside of her and she was about to kill it, it was breaking her heart knowing she was doing this but she had no choice. Kentrell tried to keep it together he never agreed with abortions until now, it was taking everything in him not to convince Syné to keep the baby but he couldn't it was her choice. After the ultra sound the nurse talked them through how to take the pill and what would happen once she did.
Before she could take the pill the nurse ran some tests on her as standard procedure "Okay you're all set, the pill is in this pot. Take it as soon as you find somewhere comfortable, I can advise you stay in her and take it but if you wish to leave and go home you're more than welcome" she told Syné.
Syné and Kentrell both wanted to do it at home for privacy reasons so after everything was done they made their way home, taking the pill as soon as she was in bed and in a comfortable position the pill wouldn't work until 1-4 hours so she just had to sit and wait, kentrell was close by of course.
Once the third hour hit that's when Syné started to experience immense cramping and bleeding, it was worst than an actual period. Her light grey leggings were soaked with blood and when she pulled them off she was met with large blood clots of blood. "This shit normal?" Kentrell asked panicking, Syné was in pain but she assured him it was okay and it was apart of the procedure. She was bleeding non stop and the whole experience was uncomfortable she almost regretted it.
The cramping and bleeding went on for several more hours before it slowed down, meaning it worked. Syné prayed it was over for good and she didn't have to worry about anymore pain or bleeding. Kentrell left her alone after it all because he couldn't take it anymore, he needed to get out and clear his head. Syné was crying because she killed her baby she elf guilty and hated herself for it she didn't want kentrell to hate her too.
At least she didn't have to worry about carrying a rapists baby anymore, she couldn't trust that it was Kentrells she couldn't hold onto the 'Ifs' she had to move on with her life now, with kentrell and eventually start a family with him in the future.
