Tony's POV
(I'm most likely skipping some stuff here, but it would seem that the battle is coming a lot sooner than I originally planned)
Monsters came down from the portal, shooting everything in plain sight. I went back down to Stark tower to see Loki standing there
Me: plan B...
I start to slowly drift down on to the landing
Jarvis: sir, the mark 7 is not ready for deployment
Me: then skip the spinning rims, we're on a clock
I land and immediately, like its on autopilot, my ironman suit starts to get taken off by the wheel around the land point (idk what the fuck it's called so just go with it). As this is happening I look over to Loki and he starts to walk inside but also takes a quick glance. The rest of my suit is off and the two of us are inside the tower
Loki: please tell me you're going to appeal to my humanity.
I look at him from the other side of the room
Me: uh, actually I'm planning to threaten you
Loki keeps walking
Loki: should've left your armor on for that
I begin walking down the stairs
Me: yeah, see a bit of mileage and you've got the Glowstick of Destiny
As usual I like to be amusing, when I reach the end of the stairs I walk over to the bar
Me: would you like a drink?
Loki chuckles
Loki: stalling me wont change anything
Me: nonono threatening
I reach for a glass and bottle
Me: no drink, you sure? I'm having one
Loki turn around and walk towards the window whilst sighing
Loki: the chitari (I think thats how you spell it) are coming, nothing will change that
He turns around and faces me
Loki: what have I to fear?
I open the bottle
Me: the Avengers......oh and Godzilla with his kaiju.
He looks at me confused
Me: *eye roll* it's what we call ourselves sort of like a team, Earth's mightiest heroes *mumbles*
I begin to pour my glass
Loki: yes, I've met them
Me: *chuckles whilst saying yea* it took us a while to get any tracks on you to that one. But, let's do a headcount here. Your brother, the demi God,
Loki looks away and I begin to put on the mark VII wrist bands ready for the Mark VII suit.
Me: a super soldier, living Legend who kinda lives up to Legend, an with breath-taking anger management issues, couple of master assassins. And YOU
I point to him
Me: big fella. You've managed to piss off every single one of 'em.
He smiles
Loki: that was the plan
I take a sip of my drink
Me: not a great plan
I begin walking over to him
Me: when they come.... and they will,... they'll come for you
Loki: I have an army
Me: we have a hulk, and a Godzilla.
Loki: oh I thought Hulk had wandered off
Me: yea- you're missing the point. There's no throne. There is no version of this where you come out on top. And maybe your army comes and maybe it's too much for us but it's all on you... because if we can't protect the earth then we'll ne damn well sure we'll avenge it
I begin to take another sip of my drink and Loki begins to walk towards me slowly
Loki: how will your friends have time for me... when they're so busy fighting you..?
His sceptre begins to make a charge up sound and a blue mist surrounds the blade of it. He puts it against my chest with a clink and it has no effect on me. He looks at it confused and tries again
Loki: this usually works
Me: oh, performance issues it's....not uncommon, 1/5
Loki grabs me by my lower jaw and tosses me near the window and I land on the ground with a grunt. He begins to walk over
Me: Jarvis... anytime now..
Loki grabs me by my lower jaw again
Loki: you will all. fall. before me
Me: deploy!
He begins lifting me up
Me: *struggling* deploy..!
Loki throws me out the window and I begin falling, screaming for my life.
Loki looks behind him as the Mark VII begins to charge and shoots out knocking Loki down in the process and coming down towards me. It opens out a bit and scans my wrist bands. With a beep, the Mark VII begins to cover me starting with connecting to the Wrist Rings. As it is done I quickly charge up and fly back up before I hit the people below me, startling them, flying back up to Loki
Me: and there's one other person you pissed off. His name was Phil
With that, I shot at him after he lifted up his sceptre, ready to shoot at me, knocking him to the floor which then made him drop his sceptre. Then we heard Godzilla roar out
'Tony! We may have a problem'
