So many stars in the sky
Their dim light reflecting diamonds in my tear rimed eyes
I can't express the beauty I find in them
Never lonely, but so far apart
Like...
Like-
A river of energy they hold within themselves
The stars are beautiful tonight, but prettier with you by my side
I probably don't look as graceful as I would like to, looking up
But I do hope that the wonder in my eyes can be seen for miles, and that the diamonds reflecting in my tear rimmed eyes hold a certain beauty on their own
Bright enough to compete against the stars
But one to stand in with them
And join their family-
The stars look beautiful tonight
