It was already a dream come true for Lailah to be in a healthy romantic and sexual relationship with Elijah. She has not questioned anything about their forbidden love. She is contented and happy the way they are now.

Both have been committing sex every night, making love with one another and praising each other's bodies. Elijah is also happy, but fear started to haunt him. He notes to himself that this forbidden love they have is not accepted by the Celestial commandments. It is in fact sinful according to sacred texts. Elijah fears for their own safety if ever their secret leaks out.

"Hey Lailah," Elijah called out to her with a worried tone in his voice.

"Hm?"

Lailah's smile is irresistable for Elijah. He ended up smiling from her expression. He also made a deep sigh because of his new worries.

"Are you not scared about our relationship?" Elijah still asked despite her cuteness.

"Why should I be scared? I love you, and that is all that matters," replied the brave Lailah.

Elijah nodded to her statement. Is she really not scared, asked Elijah to himself. He pondered about this. He thinks that Lailah's attitude towards their own relationship may not be healthy due to it not being careful about their secrecy.

He did not want to ruin Lailah's mood, so he did not linger onto his thoughts for long.

That night, Elijah wanted to be alone for the night to have time to think. Lailah respected his decision, but she asked first what was bothering him.

"You seem to be worried about something, Elijah," said Lailah, "You can tell me everything."

"Do not worry, honey," he replied, "This is something I must think about alone."

"Alone?" Lailah asked in reaction with a frown.

She did not like the idea of Elijah having to think alone, but she let this one pass for now.

"Fine. Just be back quickly... It feels weird in bed without you."

"I will."

Thus, Elijah set out towards the Celestial Garden, his personal favorite place for thinking. From there, he breathed in, and then out. He started first about Lailah's love for him, and his love for her.

"Is there even a difference? I know she loves me truly and deeply, but me fearing about our relationship is just...

Do I even really love her? I mean, I know I do...

I know I love Lailah, but why do I fear about... my own safety?"

Elijah shook his own head. He is not sure himself if he does fear his own safety, or if he fears Lailah's safety instead. He is confused. Many questions come to him that are only left unanswered. He suddenly felt like he is not good enough for Lailah.

"Hmph. I just know I need to protect Lailah from harm. It is my duty."

He nodded with a determined smirk on his face. Suddenly, a hand rested on Elijah's shoulder coming from behind him. Elijah was startled as he let out a little screech.

"Eek!"

"W-Woah! Calm down," the also startled being said.

Elijah quickly looked behind him and slightly backed away. He finally let out a sigh when he realized it was just Athalia, another Celestial being who is in charge of serving justice.

"Wow... You scared me, Athalia," said Elijah, calming down quickly.

"I just thought it's weird you're not with your sister," Athalia explained, "You were also standing still like a zombie."

"Do not worry about me. I am fine," Elijah told her, then looking at her physical assets.

Elijah quickly shook his head as he thought it is wrong of him to think lewdly of other women.

"I came here to relax," said Athalia, "Mind if I join you?"

"Of course. I don't mind."

Both of them sat on the soft grass, while Athalia moved closer beside him. Elijah cannot help but blush. He realizes how sinful he has become to be able to think something malicious on the innocent but brave Athalia.

"Look at the stars, Elijah."

"Hm?"

Elijah looked up the starry sky. Many stars twinkle, but Elijah is more interested at what Athalia is referring to.

"The stars in the sky are like our thoughts," Athalia explained, "It's a canvas of experiences and ideas, but we tend to focus on one star when we look at the sky, and then we entertain it."

Elijah can relate to her words. He thought that he might be overthinking about his romantic relationship with Lailah. Both Celestials spent their time star gazing and relaxing.

"It's time to rest. Good night, Elijah."

"Good night, Athalia."

Both of them went to their respective personal quarters. Elijah kissed Lailah's forehead before going to sleep.

"Sweet dreams, honey. I love you."
