Cassidy Pov

   Even though calling would be easier i knew Marcel would want to meet face to face with me so instead i figured out from Diego where he was and went to meet him which had turned out as no surprise to me that he had gone off to deal with a witch that had like many others broken Marcels rules bringing along both Thierry and Diego leaving me annoyed he neglected to tell me of this adventure I quickly made my way towards the normally bustling streets of tourist but was to find a crowd of night walkers being lead by the one I had been searching for quite some time I watched in interest as to what was going on when I found the witch they were supposedly hunting down walking towards the group arms raised and chanting it seemed that Thierry had some connection to the pretty witch as he was desperately trying to save the girl and get her to stop even though i knew if she did stop she would be killed it didn't take long to escalate as the women quickly said a spell that forced all the vampires to the ground trying to play it smart and so instead of trying to take her from the front like how the rest of the groaning vampires had tried i instead decided it would be best to take her by surprise so i creep around and rushed at her at my inhuman speed at an angle.

  I was mere feet away when Marcel spotted me "Cassidy get out of here!" He yelled turning the witch's attention to me as i ignored Marcel continuing to rush at the witch and silently cursed him he just made things a whole lot harder and almost to prove my point meters away from her she started to chant another spell all the while keeping the other vampires down i was confused as to what she was doing until her fingers made contact to my forehead stopping me instantly and made me almost drop to my knees i quickly regain balance but was unable to move no matter how hard i was struggling to snap the witch's neck this fact infuriated me to the point i was able to break through the spell inch by inch until all her focus was on me leaving the rest groaning in pain on the ground the amount of magic that was being forced upon me and the amount of strength i was using to fend it off had started to bring small vlack spots to my eyes i was started when the force was suddenly gone almost making me fall forwards once again and i would have if not for the two arms that were quick to catch me looking up surprised i was meet with klaus's amused and smug eyes

   "The smartest way to kill a witch is from behind where they don't see it coming not running headfirst into an unknown battle, you see this is why you need me you still have so much to learn, little hybrid," he said taunting me at the same time he was still trying to convince me to join his side of whatever battle he thinks he's in

   The fight had seemed to exhaust me otherwise I would have come up with some snarky reply to once again tell him I didn't want anything to do with him but for now I only responded with a roll of my eyes and realized he was still supporting me so I stood up and looked around finding the witch dead on the ground and the other vampires recovering from the attack Marcel was the first that stood and I started making my way towards him only to be stopped by the most egotism male I knew

   "We didn't finish are talk," he said in a duh sort of tone

   "Well I'm finished with it am I'm not going anywhere with you," I said keeping my voice calm even though I felt like screaming

   "Who said you had a choice?" He said moments before a sickening crack was heard and my world went black

Klaus pov

   I watched from the sidelines as my niece battled the witch and couldn't help but scoff at the tactic she used it was quite obvious she had never been taught the true extent of a hybrids power which could have been changed long ago if my oldest brother had decided to inform the rest of us of her existence then I could have persuaded Elijah that he was a fool to leave something that had so much potential and could have helped in the long run with proper training of course. I would never have learned of her if it wasn't for the fact that I noticed after we left that my brother seemed to have this sadness and anger to him an anger that I claim to have invented I didn't understand why this came upon him so suddenly we have moved in the past and it hasn't seemed to affect him this much imagine my surprise when I learned of the babies existence but never in a thousand years had I ever imagined the child could have been a hybrid

   Even though I didn't agree with her tactics I was amused to see her fighting against the spell the witch was casting. She was close to breaking through the spell and messing with the plan I had set into play when I finally decided to put this to an end coming behind the witch I snapped her neck and caught the no doubtedly tired young hybrid and was amused by all the grunts by the other vampires I watched my niece amused as she looks around the seen before something in her seemed to spark and she jumped out of my arms and started to walk away before I stopped her

  "We didn't finish are talk" I stated

   "Well I'm finished with it am I'm not going anywhere with you" she sounded as if she was trying to hide her seething anger but it wasn't hard for me to tell.

   How dare she talk to me like that when i was in fact superior to her. successfully keeping my voice amused I asked "Who said you had a choice?" Before i snapped her neck knowing fully well that Elijah who was watching carefully from the building behind me was going to be unreasonably dramatic.
