The beginning

"My prince, Please open the door"Renjun the beta one of the caretakers of prince jaemin knocked on his door.  No response.  He knocked again.  Some time later the door opened,  a dishevelled jaemin came out groaning,  his long hair everywhere on his face.  " Juunie oppa how many times do i have to tell you not to use honorifics " jaemin whined as renjun straightened his coal black hair.  "Im sorry Nana but Taeil Eomma is asking for you" Renjun sighed and Jaemin swiftly walked beside renjun to the library(the library is where the family has meetings LOL)

Renjun looked troubled and motioned for Jaemin to go in.  The omega softly opened the door only to see his elder sibling Seungcheol shouting at their mother. "MOM YOU CAN'T DO THIS TO HIM.  HE IS JUST A CHILD" He screamed swinging his sword at a flower vase causing it to crash.  Taeil looked ready to drop.  He was sitting on a chair with his his head in his arms.  "Child he has no other choice.  Would you rather see your brother killed?? " Johnny reasons sadly watching Ten massaging Taeil's shoulder. All the others were fidgetting around.  Jeonghan was crying as he held on to Seungcheols arms for dear life. Donghyuck was at Taeil's feet wiping away his tears. "Mom what if they hurt him?  He is an unknown alpha from a distant kingdom. How can you just get him married? " Irene questions hugging 5 year old taehyung to her bosom. Nobody noticed that Jaemin had came in and he stood there hearing their conversations in horror. Was all his dreams shattering?  He thought.  Is his happy life over? .

All of them took notice of him when they heard him sob.  All heads turned towards him. Seulgi ran to him hugging him as he shook in shock.  Taeil got up from his seat and walked toward his youngest child. "I am so sorry I can't protect you Nana. Please forgive your Eomma" Taeil cried and all of them cried along. "Dont cry eomma. It's ok. " jaemin hiccupped wiping his mothers tears.  Now renjun was also inside watching the scenes unfolding before him in shock.

After a while all of them settled down. "So why does he have to marry whoever again? "Renjun questions angry at the turn of events. "Yesterday we got a written message from the silla kingdom" Johnny starts explaining. "There was a threat. Form alliance with them and give our youngest royal omega to his younger son or else war will be waged" Johnny finishes sighing as he stroked Ten's auburn hair. "Well let them wage war. We can fight back" Daniel mutters angrily. "Prince Daniel do you know the power of the Silla empire.  We dont stand a chance against them.  We'll be squashed like ants" Johnny answers gritting his teeth in irritation. "I'll marry him" Jaemin suddenly says and all of them almost fell out of their chairs in shock. " No baby.  You dont have to go through this" Jeonghan holds the younger Omega's arms. "No hyung. I will do this. " jaemin says determiningly wiping his own tears away. "Eomma. There is a chance that the prince might be a good person.  If he likes me he certainly wont hurt me.  Let's see him first before we make accusations okay? " Jaemin says to Taeil and all of them look awestruck.  "When did you get so mature Nana? " Haechan asks starting to cry again. "None of you have to cry for me.  This is for my family and my kingdom and I am ready to go through it. " Jaemin stands up a determined look on his face. "Very well my child.  Very well.  But if he attempts to hurt you we will not hesitate to kill him" Johnny says and all of them agreed.

"I hope he will be a nice person"Jaemin hopes as he drifts to sleep that night
