Aoi lost her eye from getting into a fight with Osoro
Before she was I the Student Council she had a group of "friends" that said she should fight Osoro and someone overheard this conversation and watched the fight. After Aoi lost her eye her friends ditched her as she was on the ground screaming in pain from and covering her eye. After Osoro had left the person that had overheard the conversation between Aoi and her friends which was Oka came out and helped Aoi
So that's my headcannon deal with it
