College, the years that place your life together. Except for some people, who are still figuring out their lives.
"Allison! It's not funny where the hell did you put my diary!" Madison yelled at her older sister and roommate rummaging through her dresser to find it.
"ugh Mads, how old are you? 10? you need to grow up, you can't bottle your secrets forever." she rolled her eyes and threw the book of secrets on Madison's bed. She sighed in relief and put the book back in her hiding spot.
"I hate you for that, and for payback, I'm telling Taehyung you like him." Madison smirked coming out of her bedroom
Allison's expression went to nervousness, "Y-you wouldn't." Like Madison, who had a crush on Jungkook. Allison had a crush on Taehyung, the two were also pretty close. Taehyung also had a crush on her so it was a win-win situation for them.
While Madison, it was mostly one sided. The way he acted around her was pretty obvious that he didn't feel the same as she did. Or so, Madison thought.
"Oh yes, I would. If you don't apologize." she walked closer to the other black woman
"Fine, ugh. I apologize for stealing your diary." Allison said in her annoyed tone
"Thank you." she smiled at her and went into the kitchen to prepare some food.
She decided to make some spaghetti, since it would be quick and fast. She also had to meet up with Jungkook beforehand so that they could hang out for a bit.
She ate her food and then headed off, yelling goodbye to her sister who was watching some television.
She went to the cafe, which was close to her lecture hall building. She would meet up with him there every single day, it was tradition.
She entered the cafe, but was caught off guard when she found someone sitting in her seat. They were making out with each other. Usually Madison wasn't the type to get jealous or anything, but this case was different. She felt her heart shatter into a million pieces.
"Oh hey Mads." Jungkook and the korean girl smiled, Madison faked smiled back.
"Kookie! You never told me your friend was this pretty!" the girl exclaimed, Madison got triggered a bit since Kookie was a special nickname for him.
"I'm Madison nice to meet you." her voice almost cracking, trying not to cry.
"Jieun, but most people call me IU. I'm Jungkook's girlfriend." the pale girl said with a high pitched voice.
"That's r-really great and I-I have to get to class, but uh I hope you two have a good day." the shorter woman fake smiled.
"Really? Your class starts in 10 minutes." Jungkook raises an eyebrow, he knew her long enough to know that she was bullshitting them.
"I-I have to meet up with someone." she lied again, she couldn't risk herself crying in front of them.
"Alright, it was so nice to meet you!" she waved and Madison formed a small smile.
"You too!" and then she left the cafe, with tears falling down her face. heartbroken.
