This Is Not What It Looks Like (A Litten x Popplio Love Story)

Chapter 6: The Saddest Past

Everyone was sitting in circle while looking at Popplio, waiting for her to answer the challange they gave her. She sighs for a bit and told them. "Well, I wasn't owned by anyone. I was just a regular, happy, and a wild pokemon. I lived in sea along with my family, I though everything is going to be perfect the way it should be." Suddenly she starts frowning and look down at the floor. "But... everything changed a few years ago before I got into this incident." She said and everyone was gulping that her past was pretty bad for them to hear, but they keep silence so they could listen.

Popplio continues her story. "It was one day in the aftrenoon, a sailor was sailing across the sea where I live and their troops suddenly starts catching sea pokemon. My family was safe, kinda. But I was seperated from them before I could run away with them. I was locked in a really tight cage, sorrounded by some other sea pokemon. I was sitting there, all alone without nobody can make me feel better." Everyone's eyes widen in shock that she was seperated in a cruel way, but Litten somehow can relate to her story since he was also seperated from his family to be someone's pokemon. But she didn't fimish her story.

Popplio starts tearing up when the worst part of her past starts to come. "I was sended to an illegal shop where people sell pokemon for high price to do whatever they want with it, I was so shocked and I got nowhere to go. I can only sat in the corner and cries. But then a trainer took me home with him and I was so happy to move freely, me and him were close as trainer and pokemon. But then, he betray me by selling me to a strip club and I was forced to breed with too many humans and pokemon. I had too many abortion until I got a disease that made me can't create babies anymore..." She starts crying softly before hugging her tail, everyone around her was silence, Litten felt really guilty to make her tell about her past which made him cry too.

Popplio wipes her tears away and sniffs a lot because crying too much. "But the strip club was closed because of abusing and I got sent here to the Pokécenter for rehab, I never got out since then." She then looked at everyone. "There, I've told my past to you all. Are you guys happy now?" Everyone was still silence which made her confuse. Litten suddenly hugged her while crying on her shoulder. "I-I'm sorry for making you speak about your past, I feel so guilty and please punish me." He said while sobbing but her eyes was widen in shock by his confession before she pat his back. "It's alright Litten, I forgive you. You did nothing wrong, I actually feel relieve that everyone knows my past." She said.

Oshawott snaps his fingers before saying. "Hey I got an idea! I heard there is a dungeon where a Jirachi is sleeping for a thousand years, and only a pure heart can wake her up to make their wish come true." Hearing that makes everyone cheers quietly. "But how do we get there? We are sealed here." Asked Pikachu before they looked at the sleeping Chansey. Piplup smirks and whispers to everyone in the room. They gives her a thumbs up before Pikachu and Oshawott went behind her and uses iron tail and razor shell to send her flying to the wall and breaks it to make a way out. Everyone was running out of the Pokécenter and Litten was holding Popplio's flipper. "Alright! We're out! Let's find that dungeon!" He said before they run away to the dungeon.
