She threw the bag in Seulgi's face.
"Put it all in here!" Irene said. She frantically scurried around the room, shredding documents, burning hard drives, and stowing cash.
Seulgi ran and slid across the office floor, to the safe hidden below the desk. She opened the cabinet and put her hand to the dial.
"30-47-5..." she finished the combination, her hands shaking.
"Shit!" It didn't work.
"30-47-5..." Locked.
Irene pushed the desktop out of the window where she heard it crash into the alley way.
"Oh god, oh god, oh,"
Seulgi tried again.
"Irene, what's the combination?" Seulgi shouted.
"Thirty! Forty-Seven! Twenty-five!"
The safe opened.
"Got it!" said Seulgi.
As she grabbed stacks of money, the door suddenly slammed open.

"Jesus!" Irene gasped. "Joy, get the hell in here!"

The younger gang member ran inside, still in her pajamas. Quickly she locked the door behind herself, her hand and gun to her hip, while peeking out of the blinds.

"Where's Yeri?" said Seulgi as she hoisted the bag over her shoulder.

"I haven't heard from her, I hope she wasn't at Wendy's..." said Joy.

Seulgi thought back to the call she had taken twenty minutes earlier.
Wendy's coffee joint had been overrun. The front for drugs had been turned into a war zone.
Sooman had found out that gang RV had been ripping off his distributors in profit returns. And he had sent his EXOs to retrieve his payments.

"We can't worry about her now, Yeri is a smart girl, she'll be fine." said Irene as she grabbed more duffel bags on the floor.

"Is that the last of it, Seulgi?" She looked at her second in command who was still zipping up her bag full of cash,
"Yeah, I've got it all." Seulgi said.

"Alright let's go."

"Wait, do you hear that?" said Joy.
The trio froze and listened. Down the hall soft footsteps could be heard, and the subtle movements of a group.

"They're here."

"Joy, get away from the window!" Irene screamed.

BANG!
The glass window exploded sending shards of glass everywhere.
"Get behind the desk!"
Seulgi kicked the desk over as Joy lept over top of it.
The rapid fire of automatic weapons rang through the air. Wall hangings fell, planted pots ruptured, and blood was drawn before the three could even sit behind the desk.
Joy began to return fire.

"Oh my god! Irene, you're bleeding!"

Irene's pink tank top was turning red at the hem and her face grew pale.
"Shut the hell up and shoot at them!" Irene yelled.
"Ah!" Joy fell back behind the desk, blood dripping from the top of her left shoulder.
"Joy!"
Before Seulgi could return fire the girls were surrounded by five men, and Seulgi felt the heat of a gun barrel on her nose.
She looked behind the barrel where stood a man in a red tactical suit.
"Seulgi, good to see you again."
Lay turned the gun barrel.
BANG.
"Fu-"
Seulgi gasped for breathe. Her left thigh completely throbbing with fire. Her eyes flooding with tears.
Effortlessly Lay took the pistol from her hand.
The color red spread around Seulgi and between her fingers as she held pressure to her wound.

"Sir." an EXO brought Lay the duffle bag. Lay unzipped it as stacks of cash spilled to the floor.
"Tch," Lay began, " Now here we have what Sooman paid you for..."
He waved his gun around in an incredulous manner. Still standing as the girls lay down bleeding.
"So what do we need you for?" Lay scoffed.
Irene coughed and a darker red smattered the cuff of Lay's pants.
He paused. And knelt in front of them.
"No. Don't!" Through tears and gasps Seulgi pleaded,"Please!"
Lay began again,
"So what do we need you for?"
BANG.
Irene slumped to the floor.
"You bastard! I'll murder you for that!"
He stood again as another helmeted EXO took hold of Joy.
"You know I respected you Seulgi," Lay said, "but SM has no use for you anymore."

The other red suit struggled to keep Joy in line.

"Let her go! She had no part in this!"

"That's exactly why we're keeping her."

BANG.

All the breathe in seulgi's lungs was flattened out, the fire now throbbing in her right shoulder.

"Seulgi!" yelled Joy.

Unable to speak Seulgi slumped to the floor.
They didn't even take the cash.
As they left she could only think,
"God, I hate the color Red." Then her vision went dark.
