-The boys POV-
Towards the end you know as time went on me and Daniel started feeling bad for our mother her childhood was shit bringing here to a world that was suppose to be better only got her in more deep shit. I suppose when we saw him Daniel just couldn't take it anymore we didn't want anything, we didn't need anything from him Daniel made that perfectly clear we slowly went back to talking to our mom, dad hardly says a word to anyone Edith kinda knew something was going on she keeps to herself a lot now

Days go on & Mr. Malfoy comes by almost every day to talk to us but we rarely entertain him which makes dad mad since mother invites him in for hours & they laugh about the old days Edith goes down to talk to him for a while before dad sends her to her room he tries so hard to like the man but dads the jealous type & just imagine a man trying to come to your house & tell you the great times he had with your wife while she's smiles like you haven't seen her smile in years, he hurts every time he comes by but mom doesn't see it we go down to check on him & greet but just that.
"Do you think his wife knows he comes here" Daniel said trying to over hear them speak
"She'd probably be here if she did" I said taking a drag from my cigarette laying down. After hours of be stuck in the room he leaves & our mom comes in
"He's invited us to dinner.. all of us... he want you boys to meet your brother" she said making us face her
"We have a brother" I said
"Yes he's a bit younger than Edith but he's heard Draco speak about you-"
"How could he speak about us when we haven't even had a real conversation with him" I said
"Well I speak about you & we're hoping this dinner will change the you all talking thing" she said
"Mom ughhh" Daniel said rubbing his face
"Just one dinner" she said as our dad came in
"Dinner where?" He said kissing her cheek
"At dracos darling he'd like them to meet there brother" she said nervously moms never herself anymore around dad must be exhausting walking on eggshells around someone that you should be most comfortable with
"Oh so he has children" dad said
"Just the one ummm scorpius I think" mom said
"Scorpius wow that's a name" dad said making mom giggle
"I'm so glad he didn't get a chance to name us" Daniel said giggling with mom making me smirk
"When is this dinner" father said getting back to the topic
"Tomorrow if that's okay" she said
"I don't see why not, boys cancel any plans you have I'll go tell Edith the same" he said leaving the room
"When is life gonna be the same?" Elijah said tired of the situation
"Please?.. just get to know him-"
"I mean with you & dad" Elijah said cutting of mom she looked down spaced out for awhile until Elijah asked her again
"What do you mean things are fine" she said walking into another room
"Mom!... Dad!-" Elijah and I walked in seeing dad in the room
"Dad what?" He said looking at our mom
"I do hope you were talking about me" he said
"We just want to know what's going on" Daniel said
"Going on with what" dad said
"With you and mom she's always nervous with you and you barley speak now... we just want you guys back before this sperm donor dude showed up Edith deserves the parents we grew up with.... look dad your our dad and mom is still your wife can we just go back like we were in America" Daniel said all I did was take a seat
"You really look like him" he said smirking shaking his head getting up
"Look me and your mom will be okay we love each other this family will be okay" he said wrapping his arms around our mom I feel like as much as we needed to hear it she did too as she fell to his touch we excused ourselves
