Chapter 22

Nayeon's POV 

We came home earlier than we expected, I went straight to Jeong's house but I was the one who was surprised when I opened the door. I saw Jeongyeon sleeping with Mina in her bed. She was shocked when she saw me.

JY : "Babe what are you doing here?"

NY : "What am I doing here? What are the two of you doing?"

JY : "Babe let me explain it's not what you think."

NY : "Liar!" I throw the key to her and run outside. 

JY : "Babe please let me explain."

NY : "Stop calling me Babe! Were done Jeong! Don't ever come near me or dare to talk to me!" I said and slammed the front gate.

I called a taxi and went back home, I cried the whole day. How did she do this to me.

Mina's POV

When I woke up I saw Nayeon running outside. I heard them talking downstairs and when I got there Jeongyeon was already crying and Nayeon is no where to be found.

MN : "Jeong what happened?"

JY : "Mina she saw us sleeping she thought we did something. She broke up with me then run away."

MN : "Jeong I'm sorry I'll talk to her."

JY : "It's okay, I'll talk to her I'll explain everything to her. You need to fix something with Chaeng right?" 

MN : "But Jeong.."

JY : "Get ready Mina, I'm going to drop you off, I need to pick up the girls from the airport. Don't worry about us, I'm going to fix this."

She drop me off the apartment and once I got inside I tried calling Nayeon unnie, I want to explain everything to her. It was my fault, but she didn't answer my calls. 

SN : "Minari! We miss you!"

MM : "Hmm is something wrong with Jeong? She look off today."

TY : "And where's Nayeonnie? She was supposed to come with Jeongyeonnie."

MN : "Maybe Nayeonnie is with her family. Go change your clothes first." I couldn't tell them the truth, I don't want the issue to get any bigger.

JH : "Looks like I came in the right time everyone is already here :)"

Then Nayeon unnie walked in after Jihyo. She wasn't talking and she looks really exhausted.

TY : "Nayeonnie why didn't you pick us up?"

NY : "Ohh sorry Tzuyu we just arrived a while ago. I'm tired I'll go to bed. Good night."

Everyone can feel that she wasn't felling well but I was the only person who knows why.

Days passed and we only have three days until the comeback. Nayeon unnie stayed quiet and awkward with everyone. She haven't mentioned anything about what happened. Jeong casually drop by our studio but when she does Nayeon unnie always have something to do outside.

MN : "Jeong how are you? Did you talk to her?"

JY : "She keeps avoiding me. Don't worry Mina, I'm still trying. I won't give up until she listen to me. By the way can you meet me after rehearsal at *** room?"

MN : "Okay I'll be there."

After the practice I headed straight to the room where I was supposed to meet Jeong, it was just me, she's probably running late.

After a while of waiting someone came in the room.

MN : "Chaeng?" 

CY : "Mina unnie what are you doing here?"

MN : "Jeong told me to meet her here."

CY : "But hyung told me the same thing."

We then heard someone locking the door from outside.

JY : "I'm not opening this door until you talk with each other!"

CY : "Hyung this is not a good time to joke." She said while she tries to open the door.

MN : "Chaeng! Why don't you listen to me?"

She became quiet.

MN : "Why do you keep avoiding me?"

CY : "I already told you, I know what will happen to us?"

MN : "How? When you haven't given me any chance to answer your feelings? Chaeng I like you! and I hate you for avoiding me this past weeks. How could you just decided that I'm still in love with Jeong?"

"I tried talking to you and all you did was make up some excuses. The night I called you what did you did? You called Jeong saying I need her while all this time I was actually looking for you. If you were worried with me why didn't you pick me up yourself? I hate you Chaeng." I started crying.

 CY : "Mina unnie I'm sorry I thought I didn't had a chance with you. I called hyung that night because I thought you just called me to open up again about her. I thought it was better if you can talk."

MN : "Pabo!!! We already talked about it. We were okay before we headed to Switzerland."

CY : "Mina unnie stop crying I'm sorry. I like you, I love you. Will you give me another chance?" She said while she hug me.

MN : "Pabo! Of course I wouldnt cry like this if I don't care about you. I love you too Chaeng."

JY : "Good! Now you two are free to go." She said as she opens the door.

CY : "Hyung thank you!"

JY : "Don't thank me, you owe it all to Mina she didn't give up on you until now."

MN : "Jeong let us help you with Nayeon unnie."

JY : "I already told you, I'll fix it this on my own. Just use this time for you two. I'm going home :)" She said and waived good bye to us.

CY : "Minari what happened with Nayeon and Hyung?"

MN : "Hmm when Jeong picked me up. We talked a lot, I was crying so much and was afraid to be alone at the time. I asked her to stay by my side until I fall asleep. She was too tired she didn't know that she was already sleeping next to me. When we woke up Nayeon unnie was already there. She thought we did something and broke up with Jeong. I tried calling her but she wouldn't talk up until now she wouldn't listen to us."

CY : "Ehhhh we need to help hyung it was partly my fault. If I didn't asked her to pick you that night Nayeonnie shouldn't have saw you like that."

MN : "But Jeong keeps insisting that she's going to fix it by herself."

CY : "Will help her Mina, if Nayeon unnie won't listen to either of you. She's probably going to talk to me. I'll talk to her tomorrow."

We went to the apartment. Although this was supposed to be a happy day for me and Chaeng we can't really be happy after what happened to Jeong and Nayeon unnie. 

Jeonyeon's POV

I came early today for a meeting, I called Chaeng and asked her to meet me in the cafe after the groups rehearsal. 

CY : "Hyung!" 

JY : "Smol, is practice over?"

CY : "We just got out. The girls are waiting for me  in the parking lot."

JY : "Is that so? Then I'll make things short."

CY : "Ehhhh what's that?"

JY : "Can you give this to Nayeon?" I handed her a box and a letter.

CY : "Why don't you give it yourself hyung? You know she's going to get mad at you."

JY : "You know too that she won't even come close to me haha you're my last hope and I need to get ready. I'm flying to America tonight."

CY : "Did you mention this to her?"

JY : "I couldn't even if I wanted. I tried calling her and texting he she just keeps on rejecting me."

CY : "Okay hyung I'll hand this to her. I'll try to talk to her and explain everything."

JY : "Thank you Chaeng. Drive safe okay?"

I headed straight home and packed my things. My flight would be 5 hours from now so I'll try to rest a bit.
