Forgive and forget

Despite feeling nervous Taehyung is there, standing by the door of the house that he used to call 'his' home before. He couldn't risk Jungkook's life just because he's scared that Jimin might have some stupid plan in his mind and since Jimin is the only one who knows much about 'black eyes' he doesn't really have any other choices. he enters the door's password, surprised by the fact that Jimin hasn't changed it since it's their wedding's date backward. taking in a deep breathe he enters the house, not anymore surprised by dim lighting and messy state of it, it seems like Jimin has given up living a normal life. he finds the other behind the kitchen's bar sipping iced water, probably to cool his drunk mind since he reeks of alcohol.

"I'm here, tell me where he is" Taehyung says.

Jimin looks up at him " be a little patient Tae, you need to hear me out first"

"don't play around Jimin, tell me where he is. every minute he might get killed, I can't waste my time listening to you!"

"you don't really have a choice, I'm the only one who knows about his current states. all I'm asking for is ten minutes of your time"

Taehyung huffs impatiently and sits on the couch "make it fast"

Jimin sits infront of him " first of all I didn't kill my brother, he just fall from the railings by accident when he was drunk but since I was the only person with him at that time and we didn't have a good relationship they think it's my fault"

Taehyung rolls his eyes" do I seem to care about it? why are you explaining it to me? it's not gonna change anything anyway"

"please Taehyung just listen, I think I deserve this last chance to explain myself as your husband"

when Taehyung remains silent Jimin continues "I didn't really mean to cheat on you with Jennie"

Taehyung gives him a 'fool yourself' look.

"it was just a mistake of mine but my feelings has never changed for you...not even now"

"then why did you cheat,huh? how can you do this to someone you love?" Taehyung says angrily.

"I was just so stupid, Jennie had me under her spell"

Taehyung smirks bitterly.

"when I found out that you are meeting him I noticed what I was losing. I know it was late but I didn't want to lose you but no matter how much I've tried I could sense that something was off with you. I could feel that something was missing and it was your love for me. me being jealous and stupid blamed it all on that guy, thinking like it's all because of him that you're acting cold towards me so when you left home to stay with him I couldn't stop thinking of revenge, I saw how happy you were with him and it made me feel terrible so I did that stupid thing. I'm really sorry Tae now I know I've done wrong. all my life I keep losing the ones I love... first my parents and now...you."

Taehyung looks up at him, noticing the tears that are threatening to fall down from his eyes.

"Jimin I don't know why are you saying these things now, you know it's not gonna change anything anyway. I don't want you to have false hopes...we soon will get divorced"

hearing the 'divorce' word Jimin closes his eyes, tear rolling down his eye "I know, I know that I will never have you again eventhough I don't really know how continue living this life without you i'm not gonna force you anymore. I'm just saying these things cause I want you to forgive me, I don't want you to have a bad image of me and hate me all your life" Jimin looks up at him with pleading eyes.

"Jimin I know these past months these horrible things happened but during these two years of our marriage we did sure some happy memories that will never be forgotten but I'll only forgive you under one circumstance, tell me where he is Jimin. if you really mean it when you say you still love me tell me where he is"
