Chp.8

                                 Dani's pov
It's currently 8 and I'm on my break. First day of work hasn't been bad Andy makes this job so much more fun than it is. Grabbing my homework I didn't finish I lay it out on the counter.

While I was finishing my math homework a shadow covered my paper as my break was ending. Looking up I was met with the eyes I so deeply call mine. Smiling, I bit my eraser looking up into his eyes.

"May I help you?" I ask still leaning onto the counter.

"U-uh I-I'm he-here to pick up" Ashton stuttered.

"Name for the order?" I ask taking my eraser out my mouth and walk to the register.

"Samuels" He spoke clearly.

Mmmmmm his voice is so sexy

Grabbing his take out bag from the back I walk around the counter. Stepping in front of him I noticed how his body completely covered mine from view. Reaching my hand yet again into his pocket I grab his phone unlocking it. Texting myself so I can save him number.

"Figured I had to make the first move." I said placing him phone in his pocket watching his face flush. Handing him his bag I watch him turn around. As he turned, I slap his butt making him jump turning around blushing harder. Sending him a wink I make my way back to my spot behind the counter.

Today been good so far I currently have an hour and half to go before my shifts ends. Haven't gotten any bad customers (well nothing extreme.)

After serving my last table I clean up other tables and flip the sign to close. Walking back to the counter I count my drawer and do inventory handing my numbers over to Marco. Grabbing a milkshake I start drinking it behind the counter.

"So how was it today?" Andy asked throwing his arm over my shoulder.

"Wasn't bad I think I'll actually like this job." I told him biting my straw.

After finished my drink and cleaning up after my self and my last table. I grab my stuff from the back and say goodbye to Andy and Marco. Driving home I hum lightly to the radio smiling while I think about Ashton. Pulling into my driveway I turn off my car and grab my stuff from the passenger seat and walk towards the door. Unlocking the door I head into the kitchen and set up the coffee pot for tomorrow morning and grab a water bottle. Heading upstairs I drop my bag on the floor and take out my tips earnings and count them.

50 dollars not bad for a five hour shift

Putting my money into my savings jar I grab my pjs and underwear and head into the bathroom for a quick shower. After washing myself,face and brushing my teeth I head to bed.

Laying down I grab my phone and connect it to my charger. Looking at my notifications I see a text from an unknown number. Knowing it was myself sent from Ashton's phone I smile. Quickly saving him number and texting him I place my phone on my nightstand
