ok here it is chaper 18. let me know what you think!

                                                                           ********************

I stared up at the unfamiliar yet familiar face that stood before me.

“Um…..who the hell are you?” I asked trying to conceal my slight anxiety.

“I’m your big brother!” He said leaning forward patting my head. My face contorted at his touch and I sprang up grabbing my bag about to leave.

“Wait!” He cried grabbing my hand.

“I know you don’t actually know me but you know my brothers. Or at least eight of them” he said spinning me to face him.

“I don’t know what you’re talking about so please let me go” I whispered starring at my feet. I refused to look up, I refused to see those eyes. They were just like his. So beautiful, so intoxicating it hurt.

“Darren, my name is Darren Wolf. I’m the second oldest son.” My heart stopped as what I had feared was confirmed. I new he had looked too familiar.  He had to same dark hair and the check bones that they all seemed to have inherited from their father.

Great just my luck that I would run into one of the other Wolf’s while trying to run away from the rest of them.

“Who?” I decided to try and play dumb. Sadly though I don’t think it worked.

“Tara, you’re my brothers mate. I’m not going to let you just walk out on him like this. I know it must be scary but you have to believe me when I say that Lucus is a good guy and he wont hurt you. Now unless you want me to make a huge scene than please come back home.”

I was repressing the tears as best I could. He was going to take me back, right after I had just gotten away. He was going to take me back to that place. Where they were, those monsters. They had said once that the experiments they did on us was for the benefit of their own kind.

Their own kind, werewolves. Lucus’s kind, Darren’s kind, the Wolf’s and the Boar’s kind. Those monsters twisted me into a freak for their kind.

“No” I said gritting my teeth.

“Tara please” my head wiped up and I pinned him with fiercest glare I could muster. Which seemed to be pretty terrifying since he stopped.

“This has nothing to do with Lucus. I am leaving because it is time for me to leave. I don’t have a family, I don’t have a home and I don’t want one. Now please let me go, because it doesn't matter how many times you drag me back I will run away again and again.” I spat straightening up silently daring him to argue with me.

“What happened to you” he simply said, staring at me with the saddest eyes i’d ever seen on a creature. Like seriously guess, it was sadder than the poor abused puppies you see on those ASPCA commercials. He looked like it just shot Santa Clause in front of a whole bunch of kids in the mall.
