Personality: Shy. Quiet. If friend are feeling down, can be quite aggressive. Often is and feels isolated. Artistic. Put together. Neat. Very slow to anger. Patient to a fault. Pacifist to a fault.

Quirks: Runs her fingers through her hair. Bites her bottom lip when concerned. Fugue state when she gets a premonition. 

Physical Description: Wild ginger hair. Muddy hazel eyes. Pale skin with freckles dotting her face and shoulders. Petite and Short.

Powers and Abilities: Truesight. Healing Magic. Makes a good cup of tea.

Early Life

Erica Gilly Zayara and her twin Alexandria Veronica Zayara were born to Scottish mother Blaire and British father William on a beautiful Thursday morning. They were the average muggle couple who took all the unusual abilities exhibited by both children in stride. To Blaire's and William's relief, William's half-sister, Francine, elaborated that magic was real, and Erica and Alexandria were indeed witches.

While young Alexandria showed the average amount of innate magic, Erica had vivid visions of the future. The images first came in dreams but quickly shifted into night terrors and hallucinations. Francine suggested to Blaire and William that young Erica be taken to the Ministry of Magic to suppress her abilities for the time being. Her worried parents agreed. When Erica arrived at the government office, she had eerily accurate foresight about specific Ministry employees. When asked about her visions, Erica recalled a particular nightmare. The nightmare detailed the result of two Aurors' secret mission that had ended in tragedy just hours before Erica arrived. Her knowledge piqued the Ministry's interest. Instead of suppressing her extraordinary innate divination abilities as requested, the government had her return often for study.

From the ages of six to nine, Erica traveled back and forth to the Ministry. Her many visits to the Ministry resulted in several drawers full of predictions that varied from the janitor finding a colony of rats to natural disasters to the rise of dark wizards. Few Ministry Employees know the extent of Erica's predictions. Erica only personally knows two employees: Theodore Eridia and Hideaki Yasutake. With the help of Erica's foresight, the Ministry was able to prepare and avoid many tragedies. Erica's willingness came to a screeching halt as she witnessed a grown Alexandria murder several hundreds of people while in the Ministry building. The only elaboration the hysterical Erica gave was about her vision was, 'Sissy killed them! She killed them all! Why would she kill them?'. A horrified Blaire and William demanded that their daughter stop in the Ministry's experiments and suppress her abilities as the couple requested. The Ministry conceded, placed wards around her talents, and vowed to release the blocks when she turned thirteen.

After Erica's vision about Alexandria, she was pulled out of muggle school, separated from her twin, and sent away to Francine. Her Aunt taught Erica until her letter from Hogwarts arrived.

School Life

To no one's surprised, Erica and Alexandria both received their letters to Hogwarts at age 11. The train to Hogwarts was the twin's first real interaction alone since they were very young. Despite some initial animosity from Alexandria, the sisters became great friends. Erica never revealed Alexandria's future for fear it would come true and instead tried everything to stop her downfall. Erica's house was Hufflepuff, and Alexandria's house was Gryfindor.
